One star is being kind. The only thing they got right were the drinks. I had 6 meals. 3 sandwiches they got wrong and forgot 2 fries and the sauce. I never asked for spicy chicken in any of my meals and when the guy called back my order he never mention spicy. Got home with my order started to hand out food. Found out 3 sandwiches were spicy. Kids couldn't eat them. They also forgot 2 fries. I gave 1 child my fry and grandma gave her fry to other child.no napkins and no chic fil a sauce like we requested. But they made sure we had 2 straws per drink.
Great food and service as always. Extra bonus points for having a stool in the bathroom at the sink so my toddler could wash her hands independently! As a mom, that is huge to me and I wish more places did that.
Lovely food. Their sauces, especially the Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce, are the real stars of the show. Outstanding customer service. This is the only restaurant that have their staff meet you by your car, and have your order down before you even get to the first window to pay. What could take 15 mins elsewhere takes 2 mins at CFA.
THE SLOWEST Chic-Fil-A we’ve ever been to. Waited an hour in a drive-thru, and we were stuck in the dual lane—couldn’t get out. This place is not recommended. There are many other options in this area and another Chic-Fil-A less than 15 minutes away. It would actually be quicker to drive 15 minutes and back again than to come here. Not recommended and will not return to this location ever again.Also, our food must’ve been made the moment it was placed because after waiting in line for an hour and then receiving our food, it was cold. Very disappointed in this location.
Used to Chick-fil-A being very fast efficient and courteous. Waited in line for 30 something minutes, Extremely slow and inefficient today, did not give or offer sause for our chicken tender meal
just went to Chick-fil-A for the first time in Conway. Very impressed, order was ready when I got there seemed fresh and hot. Employees looked very pleasant to work with all seem to be in good spirits. A lot of businesses these days don’t show these qualities. So hats off to Chick-fil-A. Thank you for the good service And food.
I want to give it more but very disappointed in my nuggets tasted old and my Mac and cheese was dry NOTHING like what they show on the commercial! Very bummed, but the service was awesome friendly people. You get 4 stars because of your people working in the restaurant.
Ordered a $460 catering order a week prior to when it was needed. I received confirmation through email of this order with the receipt. The day of my order I called the restaurant about an hour before just to confirm the correct address etc. Alexis told me “oh I was about to call you, we can’t have that at the time promised it will be atleast 45 min late. I work as a sales rep and have a set time with my clients for lunch and unfortunately this was a high priority lunch. Do not trust this location for anything important, as I have used catering with other restaurants with zero issues. She seemed very bothered that I was upset and provided nothing to make the issue better. If I could give zero stars I would. She then promised my order would leave to be delivered at 11am and it’s 11:17 and my order still has not left the store. Extremely frustrated is an understatement!!!!!
Drive thru:The ONE time I don't double check the bag I got shorted an order of waffle fries. Never had a mistake before but this time was supposed to be my GF FIRST time eating Chick-fil-A. (Crazy, I know)Doubtful I can convince her to try it again.
This place always delivers the best customer experience possible, even when they are slammed! Way to go CFA!
