This place is hit or miss. Sometimes our order is fresh and delicious while other times it just is dried up and old tasting. We always ask for extra mayo on the chicken sandwich and never get it. One time the chicken legs and wings in a family meal were so dried up, we couldn't eat them. Maybe the chicken is under a heat lamp for too long and should be thrown out instead of sold.
My order is always wrong here it seems. There are a lot of kids working here who don't know what they are doing & don't care either. Manager waited on me & couldn't count my change. What's up with that?
4.5 minutes at window in drive thru waiting on simple order. Fries were hard. Biscuit falling apart couldn't hold it to eat. Terrible service no sense of urgency whatsoever.
The drive thru speaker wasn't working that well so I had to repeat my order a few times. The staff I interacted with were nice, but the food was overcooked.
Was there on 2/27/2022. Drive thru. I ate the fries first. They were so salty I could hardly eat, but it turned out they were the best part.I ordered a Cajun Filet Biscuit. The biscuit was white as a ghost.. Barely cooked. But the chicken (2 weeks later, and I still cringe) was so hard I couldn't bite it. I tried 4 times! I was starving! But every time I bit it, it had a gamey taste. I felt like I was eating a pigeon... When I got home (I only ate the raw biscuit), I showed it to my son. I dropped it on the floor, and it was so hard it very LITERALLY made a noise like I had dropped a small brick. I have eaten at Bojangles for over 40 years, but this experience had made me question if I will ever go back to one. IFI do it will definitely NOT be this one. Being unable to bite it was secondary to the gamey TASTE it had.I think it had been on the bottom of someone's shoe.I rarely do negative reviews, but I cannot overstate how nasty this was.
Employee was pushy at the drive thru while I was ordering, and got my order wrong. When I got to the window people in the kitchen were laughing at me for wearing a mask. I won’t be coming here again.
So I’ve been going to Bojangles in Conway almost daily for the past 30 years. Over the years, I’ve bad food on occasion, and I’ve seen bad service on occasions. I forgive that, because everyone is going to have a bad day. But over the last couple years, I have been increasing disappointed in the service and quality of the food. One day your biscuit is perfect, the next you can use it as a hockey puck. The service is getting slower and the folks seem to want to have social hour with each other rather than tending to their customer. I know management has changed a few times over the last couple years, and my recommendation to current management is to call the folks from years back and learn something! You are driving a this restaurant in the ground. A new building is not your solution, good leadership is.
Fries were cold and very salty. The fish sandwich was pretty small. Not worth the money.
Food was good but not hot. Hopefully new building will have better steam tables. A little disappointed.
There is a reason why they have a trophy for their biscuits. The Bo tots are the perfect and tenders are outstanding.
