Just left this place…ordered 2 sandwiches 2 med fries and a slider. Cashier was completely miserable, but I was hungry and normally really like Arbys so even though bad first impression I ordered anyway.First thing I realize is they charged me large fry prices on mediums, when I questioned it Ms. personality informed me she’s just a worker. Asked for manager, his excuse was they change the prices all the time we can’t keep up….all along I’m watching the cashier long scraggly hair flying all over the place. Tie it back, I don’t want your hair in my food!!!!girl making food is slamming it all around the back counter, smashing turkey onto the bread, sticking broken up pieces of cardboard to unjamb the toaster feeder… yeah good idea touch all the rolls with dirty cardboard.Tongs fell on floor , cashier picked up and continued using them. At this point I’d had enough! Dirty practices for a food establishment…eat somewhere else!
I'm not one to frequent fast food places regularly, but Arby''s has been a bit of a rediscovery for me as of late. I remember going to an Arby's location in New York years ago, and wasn't too impressed. So here in Horry County, SC it has been a different story. I was recently directed by someone to try Arby's for a good lunch, and I must say, I've become a bit of a fan now. Their menu is broad, and the mix and match with different things on their menu is interesting. I will say the portions are satisfying and menu choices are many. The food appears to be fresh, and the staff very friendly, at least the places I've visited.
The help was very nice but the new bacon and roast beef sub was not very filling
We got 2 roast beef sandwiches a few minutes ago, they were horrible. In addition to being cold they tasted old. Like maybe left over from yesterday. So disappointed. They're usually pretty good but not today. Didn't have time to go through drive thru again or we would have given them back!!So they send you a generic response and when you click on the link to give further info it's not available .
Sandwich had very little meat. All bread with sprinkling of pulled meat on it. Not sure if it was roast beef. Ordered a large fry they gave me a medium
My wife and I got their fish sandwiches and tried to eat them at home. Neither one was good! My wife threw hers away after the first bite! I tried to eat mine but ended up tossing it away. They were hard and chewy. This is surprising since we have always gotten good roste beef sandwiches from them.
Girl working drive through hanging out window petting two huge dogs two cars ahead of me. We drove off not wanting dog fur in our food. Some people have zero respect for others and some people don't use their brains...
The manager that is from a different store that is filling in at the Conway location is very rude! Food is good but seems like portion sizes are getting smaller for the price you pay
It's ok I guess I don't eat roast beef but my family do they didn't complain ??
The line is very slow and we had to argue over the food we ordered and didn't get. The beef was pretty dry.
