Food wasn’t very good, but the service was great. I had hamburger steak this trip and it was dry with no gravy. The rice was not warm and the fries were tasteless. I wanted a baked potato, but they only serve them on weekends. I suggest serving a baked potato every day, it’s not as if it is a troublesome culinary masterpiece, or adding the policy of only serving them on the weekends to your menu.
This is a large restaurant with plenty of seating available in three dining rooms. Staff is courteous and helpful. Lots to choose from on the menu. We loved the Hawaiian pizza. It was delicious and loaded with fresh cheese, pineapple and ham. Our server was very attentive and always smiling. Restaurant was clean, but bathroom needed better cleaning but was stocked. Plenty of parking available.
We have been a customer at Zorba’s for many years. Recently, we have noticed the quality of food has gone down. The owners try to cut corner on quality. I do not believe it is the chef or the staff’s fault. The salad didn’t have the one piece of tomato that it used to have. It was obvious that the fish portions were reduced. The bread they use is hard as a rock. Please try other restaurants as customer service and quality is not what it used to be, even though the price has increased.
This place is always the best. From the moment you walk through the front door. Doesn't matter if you are getting take out out dining in, everyone is super friendly. The food is authentic and pleasing to the taste buds? I've visited here off and on for over 20 years, and I'll keep going for 20 plus more
A cute restaurant in the strip mall location. Nice menu with pretty authentic Greek food fare. Enjoyed chicken tips on bed of rice. Very tasty. Table service was attentive but not "hurry up" and get out of here. Enjoy
We came in about 45 minutes before closing for a late supper, and everything was excellent! Seating was fast, our server was prompt and attentive, and the food was plentiful and DELICIOUS.I started with a big bowl of creamy "chicken-lemon soup" that tasted amazing and could almost have been a meal in itself. Then I enjoyed a scrumptious plate of fettuccine with broccoli, which was so huge that I took half of it home for lunch the next day. (And I'm a big fellow, 6'2" and over 300 pounds.)Our drinks never ran dry, and the atmosphere was pleasant. And we did not feel rushed at all, even though we finished a little after closing time. It was a very nice experience.
A shot out to ower Servicer Wendy She was very good , the food was Awesome
Food was good. We had a large group and there should have been more servers to accommodate our large number of people. (We only had one waitress for over 20 people) Never got refills on water or sodas.
Zorbas has been a staple in the Irmo community for so long it doesn't even seem like a review is necessary but for those visiting, it's a great restaurant with traditional Greek cuisine, Italian classics and consistent service. Best eggplant Parmesan I've ever has and I've plenty. Huge portions. What more can I say?
Simply one of the best dining experiences in South Carolina. Flavorful food, good size portions, and wonderful atmosphere. My highest recommendations for the Zorba salad, and Greek potatoes.
