UPDATE - Roxana Martinescu the Zoe's Catering Manager for NC, SC GA & VA has completely changed the experience. She personally took the time to contact me, handle the situation, make changes at the location regarding the customer service and extended my firm a discount on this order and our next order. THANK YOU ROXANA!!! Due to Roxana's service and kindness Zoe's will have another opportunity with my organization.I am only giving them 2 starts, because their food is amazing. I would give them NO STARS on their service. Terrible experience for the 3rd time straight. I won't be catering any luncheons for my office or guests from Zoe's again. We LOVE their food, but we STRONGLY DISLIKE their service. They need to go to Chic-fil-A and learn the experience of service and what it means to customers. GOOD BYE ZOE'S!!!!!
Zones Kitchen is not a cheap place to eat. So when you go there you expect to get great tasting food and freshly made too. Well my food wasn't either. And NEVER accept advise from a Front Counter person. All they know is get the money. Unless you like Bland tasteless food, then Zoes your spot. Thumbs-down all the way. And did I mentioned Even the Drinks are Tasteless. My Gosh
I ordered 12 chicken kabobs and one large salad. the salad was $54.00. More than the chicken. She told me she gave me the price when I ordered, she did not because I would not have paid that much for a bowl of salad that was no where easy to eat because they didn't bother to make the leaves anywhere near bite size. The menu doesn't price the salad so watch out or go with pizza.
Internet ordering wasn’t working so I called. Put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Food is average to above average.

The food was terrible, the staff was very disrespectful. I really liked this place but hadn't been there for awhile. Don't go it is not worth the time or money!
Pasta salad- dry and smothered in black pepper (almost inedible) Chicken roll up- chicken was unreasonably dry Chicken salad- bread was bad, chicken salad was probably the worst chicken salad I've ever tasted and they put like a tablespoon of it on the whole sandwich. I've never written a review online but this meal was so appaling that I felt compelled to do this. It is my moral duty to steer you away from this restaurant.
This use to be one of my favorite places to go because I knew I would be getting good quality food. The last few times, just missed the mark. I’ve noticed it seems that the priority is online/call-in to-go orders and dine in service. If you are planning to walk in and order to-go, be aware that you will be probably waiting a least 20-30 mins. People who ordered after me and sat down to eat got their food before me. When it comes to the food… the consistency is just not there. The last time we went, we order steak and chicken cobs. It was so overcooked, it was like eating shoe leather. I also ordered a Greek salad with potato salad. Most of the “potato salad” was a chunk of raw potato. We probably won’t be going back..
Would not suggest takeout. About broke a tooth on the over cooked aged chicken, never mind the wishbone remnant.
