COMMON SENSE AIN'T THAT COMMON! My son placed an order for pick up. we went thru the drive because we are at the tail end of COVID and still want to keep people safe. At the drive thru they told us we had to go inside to pick the order up. I told them we were positive for COVID and the response was "i'm sorry for any inconvenience, but you have to come inside." I asked them "so, you're willing to risk your health and the health of your customers because you can't let me pick up the order thru the window?" The response was "well, you can go home and have someone else pick it up." Ummm - If that was an option, would I really have been there picking it up myself? So i said "Fine. I'll come in." That chick actually said "please don't." Wait - what??? Will not be going back to that location because they really don't care. Not about public health safety for their customers - let alone themselves.... Also, they forgot to add my son's Zax sauce. I have problems every time I go there but this was the last straw....
I am not a complainer typically. Came here in break with some coworkers. Only to walk in to the place having a weird smell. Then ordered food and it came out in a 5 mins and never have i ever had wings that were this light. They are so undercooked and waste of my money. Coworkers pinched off their food and was unable to finish as well. Will not be returning.
Young people are the worst when it comes to fast food. So I pulled up to the order screen and placed my order and got to the window and paid. I asked them if they understood my order and I was told yes your order is right. Well when I got home boy was I in for a surprise. I ordered 2 Cobb zalads with 2 extra tenders cut up in each... got home to find no extra tenders on either zalad, it comes with bacon, but guess what? No bacon in either salad. The only thing I said I didn't want was cucumbers and tomato..... I guess I won't be going there anymore.... I spent my money and is deserve to have everything that I pay for....
Ridiculously SLOOOOOOOW drive thru service!!! We waited damn near an hour (7:45pm - 8:38pm) for "fast food"?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I'm guessing there was no manager on duty because the line was literally wrapped around the building - the back of the line started next to the pickup window (further back by the ti.e we finally left), and the three girls at the window moved with no urgency to expedite the service.

Very unprofessional. I ordered Buffalo Tenders ! They put no sauce on it , I spoke to a manger that name start with a S , she tells me toCome back and it will be remade , when I arrive back to the restaurant they kids at the window say no we can only give u a cup of sauce ! I didn’t pay for a cup of sauce and I’ve drove all the way home and back so now the food is cold so why isn’t it being remade !
Ordered a sandwich, no zax sauce."Ok" from the drive thru. Get the sandwich, it's loaded with zax sauce, receipt doesn't mention to leave it off.Drive thru attendant either doesn't care or doesn't know how to close their cups.Food's good otherwise, but I won't be coming back.
I don't know who was back there cooking but he fried them traditional wings perfectly. That was the best wings I've ever had at a Zaxbys restaurant
Visited Zaxbys just down the road from me, new to the area, passed by the place so many time, thought why not go in & give it a try.I was overall satisfied, the wait time to order was minimal, considering how many cars were lined up outside, and my food was prepared fairly quickly.I tried the new Buffalo Garlic Blaze boneless tenders, which weren't half bad.Overall, I'd say I'm likely to return, the staff was friendly & efficient, & the food was prepared promptly, & was hot when I got home, and made for a decent lunch. Next time, I'll give something else a try on the menu & see how that goes.The restaurant itself was clean & comfortable, although not many people dining inside, but perhaps next time I'll check them out around dinner time & dine in & see what type of dine in experience I have as we round the corner post-covid, & things are getting more or less back to normal.
Had to wait half an hour for a salad. They were out of tomatoes, honey mustard dressing, even the right container, but yet I still had to pay full price. It didn't even have a full chicken breast on it, glad that this is not my usual Zaxbys, very disappointing.
