I could get past the lack of ice but, they are constantly out of food. This time they at least had wings however, they didn't have half of the sauces for their wings. Then on top of that, the sweet tea tasted like corn. CORN. ? We keep going to this location hoping it will get better but I think tonight was the last.
I came through and ordered a cake and chicken sandwich and ask for extra sauce normally they give me the sauce in the containers I guess the little kids thought they would be funny today and gave me a whole container of sauce soup I'm very disappointed luckily my better half traded bread with me so that I was able to eat my food I posted pictures
The customer service is great, but my order is always wrong. The app also doesn’t update for the locations so if you order something that is not available, your food will be made anyway and you won’t be notified unless you check your food after purchasing. Excellent customer service means a lot to me and this location is awesome when handling customers.
They never get my order correct workers spend to much time on phones not paying attention to what customer order is. I've had to go back several times to get the rest of my order. Two Notch Rd location. This happen even though i explained to the worker to make sure my order is correct he got back on his phone and handed me the wrong order they just don't care
Got the Signature sandwich. Omg! This thing was hugeeeee!! Perfectly seasoned, large piece of chicken on a buttery bun with Zaxby's sauce and possibly something else. I can eat but I had to take breaks with this sandwich ? I would definitely get one again.
This Zaxby’s is a hit or miss. Some days the food is hot and fresh and others days, they have either ran out of food or it’s just cold. As for the staffing, everyone seems very young and inexperienced! They all definitely could take some customer service courses!
I went to the two notch location. I got chicken fingers, fries, toast, and sweet tea. The toast wasn't buttered. The tea wasn't sweet. The chicken and fries were mediocre.
I normally have positive experiences but tonight was awful. A young man took our order in the drive thru line. I get to the window and order is totally wrong. I let them know the order was wrong and needed it replaced. She replaced the of order and indicated a refund will take place in 3-5 days. This location needs to focus on customer service and listening skills because it was sorely lacking on tonight. I understand the shortage of staff but there's no excuse for disorganization. If an employee is taking orders in the drive thru line then he or she needs to ensure the correct order is being communicated to the employees at the window.
The app said my order would be ready at 7:29 pm. I arrived only for the lights to be off for the sign and a line wrapped around the building. There is a sign outside saying to come inside to pick up online orders even though the dining room isn't open but the door is locked. I tried to call the store to get my order or cancel because I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait but no answered after numerous calls. Ended up waiting since there is no option to cancel in the app. Waited over 30 minutes in line. Was told foodwouldn't be cold and it was. Completely unacceptable.
I got buffalo style boneless wings. They seem to have changed the sauce recipe; it was really sweet, and not in a good way. The fries were really good, though.
