Usually very quick. Good food. A little discombobulated yesterday, they were struggling to get orders out.

Very quick, friendly service. Food was good. Clean restaurant. Manager came by and asked if we were satisfied or needed anything.
Ordered a buffalo blue salad. The meat was soaking in sauce - far more than needed. It is a shame that this restaurant seems to have forgotten how to make their signature salads the proper way.
Went here to redeem my “free signature sandwich meal”. The toast was black, burnt, stiff and cold. I had no tenders on one half of my sandwich. The entire sandwich tasted like leftover or reheated meat. My cheese didn’t even melt on my sandwich. Highly disappointed!

I hate going to this Zaxby's! The customer service sucks and the food isn't good either. It's never hot and sometimes undercooked. This Zaxby's is ran by a bunch of kids who don't care. They have no pride in their work. What happened to the days when Zaxby's was at the top of the list? The customer service used to be awesome and the food used to be fresh everytime! I guess those days are long gone and it's sad. The manager should fire the entire staff and start over.

Do not order online. Tried and they told me I had to come inside even though their website said drive through or inside. I had a sleeping baby so I couldn't get out. They then refused to cancel the order.
Our first time there. I enjoyed the grilled chicken more then Wendy's. Half our order was wrong though. Still tasted good though.
