Very poor service sat at the window for 5 minutes watching the lady fix everyone in line drinks before even taking my payments and having a bad attitude the whole time, then giving me a drink with something black on my lid and my other Tea tasted like soda was mixed in it. I did not appreciate this and will not be back to this location for a while.

It's always something wrong with my order. Maybe they're trying to go too fast or not paying attention. I paid for a certain sauce just to be told they were out of said sauce. Also, I asked for no tomatoes (allergic) on my sandwich and the cook must have placed them on then took them off. I had remnants of tomatoe seeds and juice on my sandwich. That's alarming. If I didn't pay attention my health could have been in danger all bc you didn't want to remake a sandwich you messed up. Terrible job
horrible customer service five people standing at the counter that are employees, carrying on in their own personal conversation. I stood there for 30 seconds no one acknowledged me or asked to take my order. it's not like you could miss me wearing safety yellow hat and shirt.
Fast fast fast service, and it was awesome, hot n fresh....all were joking and working well together....thanks guys
Not a good experience, my family and I waited about 25 minutes waiting for our food, while we watched other people who work there walk in the back and prepare their own food and leave before we got ours. U can't recommend it

If you are looking for a damn good chicken salad, you will find it at Zaxby's. Their menu is pretty much limited to chicken though, but I do love chicken, and theirs is not that processed garbage you find at some places. I am not a huge fan of their wings because they get over-sauced, but they are just fine if you get the sauce on the side. You are going to pay somewhat higher prices here but the food is worth it.

I ordered online and the app stated my order would be ready at 8:23pm. When I arrived at 8:25pm, my order had not been prepared. 20 minutes later, I was informed it would be another 10... meanwhile drive thru orders were constantly being prepared. Complete waste of time. I wasn't going to keep waiting so, I requested a refund. I had to wait for that, only for it to be less than what I paid... which meant more waiting to receive the correct amount. Customer service was extremely poor and I would not return to this location.
