This Zaxby's is ran by a racist old white man. It is owned by men who don't care that their female employees are sexually harassed. They will fire you for complaining. You will never get good service because they do nothing to improve employee moral. They care about $$ & nothing else.
Horrible experience! Bush river drive through window. While in drive through line placing order i asked very kindly to provide fresh bone in chicken wings with fresh hot fries. This occurred 4/17/22 approx 8pm the young ladies assured me they will make sure my food was hot. Needless to say i paid $11+ for 5 cold wings& old cold fries as i began to eat i was so humiliated that the young ladies lied to me when i ask them to make sure my food was prepared hot. I will not go back to Zaxbys for a cup of water. The cahiers & workers do not care about their customers!!!
If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever!!! I’m still waiting on my food and it’s been 35 minutes now and I still don’t have it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve NEVER waited this long for food at Zaxby’s. (Let me not to forget to mention I went up to the counter several times and all they said is “it’s not done yet”) like how aren’t you done cooking food for just two people and the store isn’t even busy at all.I highly don’t recommend coming to this location at all!!!Location of the store:316 Bush River RdColumbia, SC 29210United States
I ordered a Cobb salad and they left my bacon and croutons off of it.
Or if ALL of the Zaxbys food chains this restaurant’s night shift is by far THE WORST. No matter when you go!! You can never visit this store after 4 pm and not wait in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes if not longer. Chic fil-a right up the street with just as many cars in drive thru waiting a fraction of the time. To add insult to injury, their likely to mess up your order after you’ve waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru for it. If I could only find another restaurant with house salad s good as Zaxbys…when its prepared right
Very clean Curtis's an comfortable.Also the staff was very nice an made me feel very important an my food was delicious and fast an extremely well put together. Would recommend them anytime an before chick filla churchs Kentucky fried chicken an Popeyes.
Coming from a person who has worked customer service for over seven years! I will never go to this zaxbys again. The customer service is horrible & I truly believe that calling does nothing! I frequent this zaxbys because I stay near, but I will not spend money with ANY COMPANY that doesn’t provide or instill customer service in their employees starting with the MANAGERS!!
Good food, sometimes someone forgets something, justcheck the contents before driving off
Food was good but they ran out of grilled chicken so I had to choose something else,but I wasn't told until I got to the pickup window which took another 10 minutes.
Stopped in while I was on vacation an everyone was nice an the place was clean! Food was good too.
