Ordered bone in wings fries. Everything was cold. Wings cold. Fries cold. You should not be able to bend fries and they don't break. The Texas toast cold. Only toasted on one side. Best thing was the honey mustard sauce in the to go pack
They ran out of fries. And my chicken was cold. Ask for zaxby sauce for my wings and strip. And only received ranch sauce. It was the worst.
This zaxbys is location is the worst in the area. The management and employees are impressively bad at their job. Multiple times I have come here and they are downright rude and get my complete order wrong
Be careful going through the drive through and check your food before driving away. My wings are swimming in sauce, I can’t even eat them. They are dripping when I pick them up out of the half inch of sauce in the container. So disappointing ?
Have absolutely had it with this particular location. My husband and I were yelled over the top of through the drive thru speaker and TOLD what we would order, not asked what we wanted.

Very Rude & gave cold food. Jamal was the nicest worker here and tried all he could to fix our food and made sure someone talked to us. The rest of staff could definitely do better.
A cool place to wait in a 30 minute drive thru line. Really great for a break in the day, plenty of time to reflect on all the world has been through. Zaxbys should have guided meditation on their app, it'd add value to waiting for okay fried chicken.
