I went here and they had so many flavors, varieties and taste of goodness. Their wings were very ideal, filling and tasty and so is their delicious and flavorful sides, however they can be “slow” on their services from time to time and we would have to wait for like 10-15 minutes just IF we had ordered, it’s like you have to tell them ahead of time or remind them because it may be time consuming a bit. One time when I was calling them when they were open to place a order they never responded and the fourth time I called they had and left me on hold over 25 minutes and still didn’t get my order done yet until we got there and had to wait some more. Otherwise, the places food is good but I think they could enhance their customer service.
Very unpleasant experience. Part of the order was not in the sealed bag, called back and spoke with Manager Shymira, very rude.. Asked to have the part of order that came home remade so when I come back to pick up missing part of order I could have a hot meal as I ordered and paid for online.. disappointing to hear a manager with no customer service, rude employees answering the phone, but most of all not have the full order I paid for in the sealed bag at pick up and disagreeing to have the order fresh upon pick up, not to mention the expense of gas prices.. Buyer please be aware!!!
If i could give zero stars I would based off customer service. I called my order in before leaving my job which is 20 mins away( keep in mind i didn’t leave immediately) I order 15 lemon pepper wings and a drink well done. I get to the establishment for them to tell me t there is still a wait of 10 mins. 10 mins goes by i’m still waiting for my order. There were about 7-8 staff in the back standing around, some playing on cellphones. Some sitting in the eating area talking and laughing. I will not be coming back to this location. If i call an order in then that means It should be at least ready or almost ready when I arrive to pick it up. What is the point in calling an order in if i am still having to sit and wait another 20 mins. Absolutely unacceptable they need to get an entire new staff. They don’t care about you waiting especially when the order was called in, no apology nothing just oh you can stay inside and wait.
I placed an order online at 12:29 pm for just 1 individual 6 piece wing combo for my self for lunch, and paid. Got a confirmation email saying it would be ready in 16- 21 minutes. Drove the 23 minute drive from my house asking for my pick up order. I'm 99% sure they hadn't even started it!! When I came up she pulled a receipt, which I'm sure had my order on it from the stand where the put the take out orders, and gave it to someone to work on. No apology ever.... No have a nice day when I left. I totally get accidents happen but. At least own up to it, and apologize.
i mean i asked for wings and got them but they fried them so long that the chicken was hard and there was barely any meat on them, the wingstop in west columbia is WAY better, and idk why the fries were sweet
They food is so great they fries is are the BEAT FRIES EVER THEY WINGS EVEN BETTER THEN OTHER WINGS I HAVE TASTED ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday I called this location approximately 630 pm to place an order. A young man by the name of Tydarius answered the phone and asked me to hold. At this time I was in route to the location. After noticing I was on hold for almost 10 mins i then hung the phone up and proceeded to call back. As soon as he answered the phone he then again asked me to hold. I told him “that he had already put me on hold for 10 mins Just before, now your asking me to hold again?” He then said just hold for 2 minutes and after waiting another 10 minutes someone hung the phone up in my face. I proceeded to the location and once i got there asked for the manager. Which she said her name was “Belinda Jones” she looked me in my face after one of the employees notified her that I needed to speak with her and proceeded working as if i was on her time. After about 3 minutes she then walked over to me at the counter and asked very rude “Can I help u” I expressed my concerns she very nonchalant said well I’ll talk to him About it being that he’s new! I then told her they needed better training for new employees because that’s ridiculous. She kept nodding her head saying “YEA OK” as of she didn’t care what I was saying. I then asked for the GM information and she gave it to letting me know she didn’t care. I haven’t had this unpleasant of a visit in idk how long to a restaurant. She had to be the most ghetto unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered & her attitude SUCKS! I wouldn’t recommend my dog back there. This is my second discrepancy here i won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend you go either!
Its a hit or miss with this location. I'm not from here only here visiting but its usually pretty good when you get the food fresh. Customer Service was on point though, very friendly and courteous. Definitely would recommend this location to others
Every time I come here there is a ridiculous wait. Today, 1 hour if placing an order as a walk-in. Last time I came here it east 45min to place an order. With all the people they have working, obviously time management and prep needs to be addressed. And hollering, yes hollering, custumets names from the entrance to the parking lot is so unprofessional. Don't ever have to worry about getting any chicken from here. EVER.
