Great wings and spicy means SPICY!!! Overall experience was enjoyable.
Took a hour (togo) to get my food for it to be wrong. Then for them to say that's what they are when that the only flavor I ever get. Then look and tasting like plain wings I asked for to just put lemon pepper in them I got this.... (picture)
We were in the loft up stairs. General Manager Sean was awesome. Didn’t charge anything for the loft for a party of 30. Just asked if the bill would be at least $300. We had T as a waitress and she absolutely killed it by herself. The service was so good we ended up spending around $1200. Hard to get a hold of some time’s but definitely worth 5 stars.
The wait to be seated was long and the place wasn’t even packed. Employees walked passed and still did not seat my group. The employee at the pickup station was kind enough to seat us, and after we were seated it took 20 mins to order drinks. And the wait for food was even longer. This was the second time I ever came to a wild wing cafe and I’ve had this kind of service. This is the last I’m ever going to this location.
Went here on Saturday and was told only two servers and two cooks working. Can you come back in 15 to 20 min. We did we waited another 10 min. Once got seat (restaurant only had few people) servers takes order after other 10 min. Food took 35 minOr more. Just two items. Do not blame owners as I understand no one wants to work in this kind of jobs now.
We came in around 9:00 on 3/13/2022 and we’re greeted by nobody; we weren’t even acknowledged. So we ended up sitting at the bar and got waited on after 10 minutes. There were no employees to be found at all in the restaurant, there was one person behind the bar who was taking on everybody and Togo orders. She really deserved better because every customer at the bar was rude to her because of how awful this place is ran. When the food came out the wings looked like they had no sauce on them and my sandwich was bland and plain. We had gotten an appetizer but it ended coming out with our food. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, I really didn’t even want to pay my bill because of how awful the experience was. I really think I need to be refunded my $50. I paid to get zero service basically; it even took another 30 minutes to pay. I probably won’t ever come back here again or recommend it to anyone. 0/5 stars if I could.
Absolutely a shame such a great hangout went down the drain. Always out of everything and the slow service is pathetic. How in the world can Wild Wings in Charlotte be so good and then this disappointing place. I’ve been going to this establishment for 9 years now and I doubt I will ever be going back. You are a wings place!!!!! That should be the best thing on your menu!! And constantly out of alcohol??? It’s very sad that no effort is put into this restaurant and I’m sure it will die a slow death. I’m not really sure what went wrong.
This place needs some serious help. No one answers the phones and when you come in to the restaurant, managers are not on-site and not able to be found. When I went, I saw nearly 15-20 customers leave because we were all waiting to be seated for over 15 minutes. No one ever came over to talk to us until we prompted first. I can see why this place doesn't get much business.
Visit this place for the very first time, February 14th. We had to wait over an hour for our food, and the place was dang near empty, the waitress Ainsley, was the best part of the experience, she kept apologizing, about our food not coming out, she wasn’t sure why and how long, when the food actually came out, the shrimps were burnt and hard, the chicken was dry and not seasoned, the rice was not seasoned, and the macaroni was fairly decent. This was horrible!!!!!!! Please do better!!!!!
I hate leaving negative reviews, but this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We placed a very simple lunch order for pick up and only one girl had any idea what was going on. After waiting for 15 minutes, they came out to tell us they were out of what we wanted and that we needed to place a new order.I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger without a bun (bc they don’t have gluten free) with broccoli and this is what I got. No bacon, no cheese and no broccoli.
