Made a reservation, got a confirmation, Open Table took my credit card to hold the reservation...and when I showed up the place was out of business!!!! Horrible service and QC and caused me a problem with the people I was meeting there to eat with. Do better open table

NOT opened. Allow for OpenTable reservations, but no courtesy notice of operating hours. NO signage, and no way to contact (no phone, email, etc....) VERY dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism of this business and the hotel that it is attached to. Will not recommend to anyone.
This was my first time at any Whiskey Kitchen and I can say with certainty it will be the last. The drinks were horrible. My drink tasted only of sugar water without so much as a hint of bourbon.The waitress was nice, but nowhere to be found. We were given our utensils, many were dirty, a fork was bent, and people were missing knives.The food came out so staggered no one was able to eat together. One of our meals wasn’t even delivered to the table. The food that was delivered was bland and old. The mac and cheese seemed like it had the flavor microwaved out of it.The manager was incredibly unhelpful and quite frankly rude when we finally complained about the length of service and the quality of the food.I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Easily the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The walls were painted a concrete grey with nothing on them. No silverware or napkins at our table until after we got our food.The waitress disappeared for over 30 minutes every time she came to our table then we didn’t see her at all once we ordered our food.The drinks contained no liquor and tasted like it was all simple syrup without any flavor but sugar.Each plate that came was wrong if it even came out. My grandfather simply never received his order and most of the food was bland and burnt.The Mac n cheese tasted like wet noodles with plastic wrap and the mashed potato’s were more smushed than mashed. The fish and chips was not fish and chips and was a paper thin burnt filet. The wings looked and tasted like they were from a rotisserie chicken. The only edible dish was the burger which was mid at best.There was only two full tables in the entire restaurant which left no reason for this abomination of a meal.I have never been to a more sorry excuse of a restaurant and I don’t think this place will be around for long. -10/5 stars.

I made reservations and the Columbia SC location was permanently closed! No notification given. Disappointed!
Made a reservation and the open table app let me and the normal hours posted said they were open. I drive all the way there and they were closed. Why am I able to make a reservation when they are closed? Especially when I called one day and they said they can shut off the app.
Open table took my reservation but the place was closed and looked like it had been for a while. We were just traveling through so had no idea.... Waste of time!
