Bro… they gave me the wrong item. I called in and I order the same thing everytime but this time they got it wrong and they wouldn’t let me switch it out or refund me for it. Plus the lady at the counter had a attitude for no reason. If you can’t work under pressure under rush hour and remain respectful you shouldn’t work at Waffle House ..
My personal waitress needed assistance but no one helped her and my wife's steak tasted like burnt bread if steaks is what you want choose a steak house waffle house is usually off the chain on eggs bacon and hash browns

Horrible experience. Waitress (Kiysha) was very incompetent, clearly had no idea how to ring anything up.... the cook (the only other person in there) was also very rude, neither were in the mood to work or talk to literally anyone. Although I PAID for the UNLIMITED coffee, the dud of a waitress wouldn't give me to go cup??? Well... Unless I paid 3 extra dollars... for the cup... because they're low on cups... what?!!?! I have eaten at waffle house HUNDREDS of times, and I have never ever ever been charged to put my coffee in a togo cup- because it's unlimited???...... Or so they say apparently... She proceeded to charge me $14 extra for "extra meat" even though I literally didn't order extra meat on ANYTHING?!! I am so confused and baffled, and had no choice but to tell you fellow googlers my experience... Nothing at all made sense. Never eating at this location again. Definitely would not recommend. If I could give negative stars, I would.
When I walk into the waffle House none of the server said welcome to waffle House and that we will be right with you they just pretty much left us standing there just looking around like a good 10 minutes before anyone said anything! It was heartbreaking
Our waitress was so slow we hailed another waitress who was more than happy to help us out.
Quick service for most part. Food was good. The servers all were on their phones alot
