The service was fine, but it is not cool getting sprayed with water by Chris. Especially when you complain and it happens again. I will never come back to this place.
We stopped by today to dine in. We wait for several minutes before we were greeted which was silly because they weren’t even busy. We finally are acknowledged with someone asking us if we wanted to place a to go order. My husband replied letting them know we’d like to dine in. The young lady said they’re taking to go orders only while there were clearly people dining in and eating as she said that to us. We were given no explanation as to why as again, clearly there were people dining in and eating. It’s always a different explanation as to why this Waffle House can’t do their jobs. This isn’t the first time we’ve visited there where they’ve provided some sorry excuse as to why we can’t be served.
Everyone loves Ms. ANN best person you could know. Food is delicious and fresh when she cook.
they had half of the restaurant closed off. 3 tables to eat one was dirty (they never cleaned it) had us wait for the longest then skipped over us and when I asked the waitress said she will get to it when she get to it!! wow with the manger sitting right there!! yeah this happened on 02/05/22!!! they only had one job!! they come up with their own rules and so ghetto
Attempted to have lunch today at 12:30. Was stopped at the door and told the grill was down for 20 minutes for cleaning. This isn’t the first time we’ve been turned away from this location.

Not sure how the food was because we never got service. Ignored by the entire staff. But, cleaning a table is very important 😳
Great hash brown bowls. I like how they customize your way. They be tasting oh so good! Salute to Waffle House
It was a very busy day at WH and everyone was extremely busy and staff was really nice. My only issue was the grits were a little more soupy then I'm accustomed to. Other than that the food was great.
Of the three Waffle House locations open in my area, one was closed , one had two people working but was only operating through a to go window and the last one had only one person doing EVERYTHING by herself. I didn't get her name but she was AMAZING. Cooking and taking orders and getting it right. The location was Farrow and Parkland. 4 Am.
