This time we went and waited until they reopened at 5 PM. Staff was being trained. We might have been there when by ourselves or only one other customer. Food was not cooked in a timely manner. The waitress nor grill was diligent about making sure the order was complete or done in a timely manner. Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. Staff seemed more into themselves/what they were doing than customer oriented.I gave them a 3 star because my waffle was right and hot.
Comfort food at comfortable prices. Be nice and patient and you'll get some food that'll change your life..........or help with that hangover
Friendly employees provide excellent customer service. To go orders are prepared in a timely manner, and you get a lot of food for your buck!
This was the second waffle house I stopped to on my way home for work at 3:40am with time going up an hr. For a young lady sitting in a suv to tell me they wasn't open and they will be back open at 6am i asked her what time they close she stated they dont just tonight with no explanation to why they where closed early. They are getting paid for nothing.
Zombies!!! Thats right only zombies work here. Walked in around 11:30 pm, to the sight of all unoccupied tables not cleaned up after prior patrons, no one greeted anyone, sloths work faster than this crew!! Walked right back out again. Ended up going to Rush’s restaurant around 11:45 pm friendly service, great food, fast, and affordable.
The best Waffle House I've ever been to. Not only is the food good, the service superb.
When we entered the building we were the only people there. We walked in and didn’t get a hello or how you doing… we got blank stares. There were only 2 people working and one lady was trying her best the other not so much. Our food was wrong and we never got refills. They eventually just stopped coming to our table so then I went up to the counter and said we just want the bill and to leave. We weren’t being rude because we understood it was a lot for 2 people.. what made us angry was the amount of disrespect we got from one of them. No one said sorry or anything. Also at the end when we were trying to pay they couldn’t split our bill… we went in separate… 3 people and we wanted to split 3 ways. But they said that isn’t possible??
This is my favorite Waffle House that I’ve ever been too! Every time I go here the people that work here always treat me like family and it’s lots of good vibes… I’ve never had a bad experience. You can always count on this place to have good food and friendly staff to make u feel welcome :)
Daughter wanted to go here for her birthday breakfast because it has been a tradition since she was 3. Our table was very dirty and then wiped with a dirty rag that just made it stink and dirty. Actually smelled the rag first and continued to use it anyway. I had to remind the cook that this was a restaurant not a bar and the language choice was not appropriate in front of my 14 year old. Will not visit thus location again.
