Do not reccomend going here. I was trying to buy a homeless guy food last night. They said he wasn’t able to be a the store and I wasnt able to buy him food. Okay cool I told the guy just leave before they call the cops, then I tired to order food for myself. I was refused service as well! And was told they would call the police on me. I never knew people could be so heartless with all this going on in the world. The lady name Is CALI with a fade cut who just thought she was right !! Stuff this this make me upset with mankind! I will be filing a lawsuits because there wasn’t a good enough reason to refuse me.
This used to be my favorite waffle house but not anymoreI came in today to eat with my child no one said he how are you or even asked how can I help you Within the first five minutes you would think someone would notice you with only three people in to dine . So I got up and went ate that another waffle house and they greeted me with a smile and said hello with even more people in there.
Love Waffle House / we jokingly call it awful house - long family thing - but we love that down home good cooking! Always fun sitting at the counter and watching them cook!

On Christmas Day, 12/25/2021 at approximately 2:30 p.m. my nephew and I arrived to this Waffle House to place to go orders. The cashier was very pleasant and took our orders quickly. As we were waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes, we never received our food and was never informed of a long wait. Other customers were also complaining about the wait time for their to go orders. Their was even a long wait for customers who ordered ahead online. My nephew, myself and another customer requested to see the on duty manager. She immediately had an attitude and yelled "It is Christmas and in the middle of shift change! What do you want me to do!" She also told my nephew and I that if we have a problem with the service that we can we go another Waffle House a few blocks away. My nephew and I immediately asked for money to be refunded. I told the manager she was rude and disrespectful in which she responded "Oh well. Have a nice day." My nephew and I both have customer service and restaurant experience. This was very unprofessional and very poor customer service. If I were to respond to a customer on my job the way that she did, I would be terminated. This experience has made me not want to patronize any Waffle House because of how my nephew and I were treated. I am not familiar with the policies of Waffle House but something must be done to reprimand that manager.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever ever had. The food was good. But the staff really didn't even want us there. They had open sign but made us get our food to go which was fine by us. The place was kinda dirty. I sure hope corporate office reads my comments. How will you stay in business if customers stop coming. You exist only BECAUSE of customers, NOT, in spite of them. I'll never go back to any Waffle House.
Just left there everybody was sleep when walked thru the door. The cook was in the back sleep it took her 15 to come from back there in the the young girls didn't know how to cook I will not be going back there ever i paid 18$ for a T-bone steak and a waffle that's ridiculous prices u lost me a s a customer do better with customer service also.
One man working tonight taking care of everyone with a good attitude. If he is not the manager he should be or make sure he is paid for his extra effort.
Great people, would return. Only got 4 stars because my waitress didn't bring me a menu, didn't give any time to look at the menu once I had it, and after bringing my order, I never saw her again. The atmosphere and the food was great.
Always good experience at the Waffle House. Great employees, good food. To bad the Waffle Houses do not extend into the West Coast area.
