Tjis was the first waffle house I stopped to on my way home for work at 3:40am with time going up an hr. I get there to find people in the restaurant eating and one of the waitress a heavey set black girl stated "they was not serving anyone due to the fact they dont have a cook and she doesn't get paid to cook" but I seen a tall white guy cooking and it was like 6 other people in the restaurant with the same waitress guiding another guy in the restaurant I'm not sure what the issue was but none of them that was suppose to be working are is getting paid for nothing.

If i could give less than 1 star i would, almost breakfast rush and tgey cleaning grill then told that they doing go orders only, cause she only one there to clean. WTH why you working there then its part of your job, if i wanted a go order i would go thru drive thru. 12 hr shift and do not want to eat in my damn truck want a good sit down breakfast. Lost my money and your tip

First time ever eating Waffle House at this location. Excellent customer service !!! welcomed me straight from the door and amazing food service. Thank you my night is complete

This has quickly become my favorite Waffle House. Been there quite a few times recently and they are very prompt and accurate with my order and every member of the staff I've dealt with has been awesome. This has become my after work breakfast stop when I'm hungry! One waitress particular by the name Ladie goes the extra mile to make sure I'm taking care of when I go in there. This is not to take anything away from the rest of the staff, but she just stands out when I think about the place.

The worst one ever , I don't know what they pay the employees for they ain't never there cooking, always down I've been 3 times in the last month and I have not eaten anything yet ,close it down and make a storage for the gas station!

Went to get breakfast from hotel across the street since complimentary breakfast started at 7:30a but we have early flight. At 4am was not serving due to cleaning!

The waitress was good and friendly. The restaurant was very cold and the food was bland and overcooked.

Went here on a Thursday morning. The restaurant wasn't too packed and we were able to get a seat quickly.Being that this is my second time ever going to a Waffle House I'm still thinking about the smell of the waffles being cooked. Smells so good. I ordered a Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt Plate with Chili Cheese Jalapeño Hash Browns and a Pecan waffle. A great meal to end my trip considering there's no WH in California. On top of that, R&B music playing with the cook dancing to the music was a great bonus.Overall, this location is great. I highly recommend coming here.

Great waitress named Ladie...all employees happy and pleasant!

Let's start by saying this is Waffle House. It does not matter which Waffle House you go to, the menu is the same and most things never change.I order the same thing I have ordered at EVERY Waffle House since I was 8 years old. I'm 37 now, so almost 30 years of reciting my order word for word every time: Double waffle (sometimes I add pecans if i'm feeling extra) with hashbrowns scattered, covered, chunked, and cooked light. The drink has changed over the years, as it started with sweet tea and has since moved to coffee and water. On today's visit, I ordered the same thing. My waffles came out great. Not overcooked but not undercooked either. Coffee tasted fresh, which was weird for a Waffle House. Hashbrowns, however, is where it all went wrong. In almost 30 years, I have never once uttered the word "smothered" in my order. Checked the ticket and smothered was not on it. But, my hashbrowns came out with so much onion in them I couldn't eat them. The waitress asked if I wanted her to make them again, and I said no, because I finished my waffles and was almost ready to leave. The waitress said something about removing them from my ticket and walked away but never touched the ticket to remove them. But then I realized that i had been here with an empty coffee cup for over 20 minutes, so I am waiting to see how long it will take them to notice. It's not like this Waffle House is busy. Maybe 10 people in here total. 25 minutes and still no coffee refill. 3 waitresses and one is standing by the bar, one is cleaning tables, and the third one disappeared 20 minutes ago and has not come back.Pretty sure I'm not the only customer experiencing no service. Also, pretty sure I will not come back to THIS Waffle House.Update: Waitress finally came to ask if I needed anything almost an hour later. Finally got my coffee refill. She attempted to "make the hashbrowns right" by taking $0.50 off my bill. Yeah...that's ok, I'll just eat somewhere else from now on. DO NOT EAT HERE!
