Good customer service and smoothie also. I will visit regularly, feel kind of addicted to their Bahama Mama( no strawberries sub mangoes).
No complaints. Smoothies are only one size which I think is kind of odd but whatever. I tried one of the greens smoothies and you can definitely taste the kale but nobody can hide the taste of kale. They have a huge variety of different smoothies to choose from and tons of things you can add. The employees were really nice. The only problem is that the seating is terrible. It's like these metal torture chairs. Good parking though.
Please don't be fooled they does not close at 9pm. I have worked in fast food and didn't like when people came in last minute BUT we served them. People work nights, things happen or more. Staying open until your advertised time or just 5 minutes afterwards can make a big difference.If you want anything from this location you better be here by 8:45pm or earlier!I'll take my business elsewhere.

Got my fav, mocha madness. I walked over here after a doctor's appointment, and their service was quick and my smoothie was good. No complaints!
They made me the best sandwich I've had in a while. The caprese grilled cheese. Loved it.
Just terrible. Samin needs to learn customer service “hello welcome, good morning.” On the other hand, the staff was playing around throwing bags of chips at each other.
Came through drive-thru at 8:53 PM which they close at 9PM smoothie was completely incorrect, I didn’t touch the smoothie brought it back the next morning and they tell me it’s nothing they can do about it the next day ! I live in irmo , you guys wouldn’t have stayed open pass 9 for me to get back across town to get in remade and you also can’t do nothing with a smoothie that’s not touch ? WITH A RECEIPT totally horrible management .
Their service is relatively quick (if you use the app). Good food and a nice menu, too. Happy they opened in the north main area.
i absolutely luv this place!! i think i go here at least 2-3 times a week! ts- prisma location's staff is really friendly and helpful if you are not familar with the variety of smoothies and what properties they offer. ive been going here non stop since this new location has opened back in june i believe, and i continue to come not only for the great smoothies but because the customer service there is wonderful!! Miss Jahmya helped me my very first visit on exactly what kind of smoothie i was looking for and then we nailed a flavor!! and now i am in love with the POMERGRANTE PLUNGE!! it is absolutely amazing!!! almost like a cherry cream pop lol!! with added whey protien and avocado, its the perfect balance for any time of the day!! The location i perfect and covienient, 5 mintues from the house and downtown area!! great wraps!! perfect for lunch!! I can always count on the positive energy and warm welcome from the staff like Dedrick and Samin, and great smoothies every visit!!
