Ordered 3 chicken jerk wraps . Rice was not cooked at all in all 3 . Ok, not a huge deal . Called in . I was placed on the phone with either the manager in charge or owner who was very apologetic and said he’d write my name down and when I come back he’d comp us . Well today we drove all the way back there just to be looked at as if we were lying . My name was not in any book . Even showed him proof of our purchase . He said he could give me 2 smoothies for free !No thanks , keep the smoothies and take this review instead !
I went there earlier today and was lied to. When I go here I order the same thing every time. I get a Chicken Bacon Ranch with a Sunrise Sunset. When I went there earlier the man lied to me and said that they do not serve any food with ranch. What type of lie is that? Next the man went as far to say that they do not serve any food with flatbread. I have no idea why this man would sit here and lie but I left before getting upset.
I love getting the Sunrise Sunset. They always fix it so good and tasting just right. The workers are very friendly and work quickly. I love this location the best and I learned to only go to this location bc other locations don’t make my drink how I like. I suggest this location to everyone.
The staff is always friendly and respectful. They know what I'm going to order before I even say anything. Very clean building and professional establishment. They all deserve a raise.

I go a lot to Tropical Smoothie in the morning and every time I go I am greeted with a smile by everyone. They make me feel welcome and eager to come back to the store. The smoothie that I get is awesome but the greeting makes it just that much better.
