This location has gone down. The young people here are not being trained adequately. They are not up to par on their appearance, hygiene and tidiness of the store. I see the young people playing and joking around while the store is disheveled and very few customers. Standing around shooting the breeze! It’s unprofessional! I don’t know what happened here but I definitely like to go over to sunset drive instead. Even the smoothie lacked the usual satisfaction.
Customer service was great, first time having a smoothie and it was great. The island green was delicious and sweet just like, I like things. Will definitely be back
I am a very disappointed customer. I went to Tropical Smoothie on Saturday and ordered the shrimp wrap a snickerdoodle cookie and a drink. Upon preparing to eat my food I realized the wrap was cool to the touch and after biting in it wasn’t warm at all. I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Well I went to eat my cookie and it crumbled as soon as I broke it in half. Needless to say I wasn’t very pleased. Well I went back today for a redemption. I spoke to the young man at the register, informing him of my dissatisfaction and asked if he could make sure my meal was warm this time. I then also asked for a complimentary cookie since the last one I had was so hard. He said well, picked up another cookie, bent it and said this one is hard too. After receiving my order and seeing how unprofessional the staff was at that restaurant I said to myself I will never go back to that store again. Unfriendly atmosphere, poor customer service, and poor quality food.
Came in today, ordered, it was made wrong. Then when they made it right, I got one slice of chicken. They are making a killing today. Usually I get at three slices. I don't want anything. I wish you guys the best.

The guy at the register didn’t add my smoothies to my order the first time then I reordered them & only one was made. I told him my name was Cleo he put in something different. I’m very annoyed & irritated
Absolutely love the staff on shift tonight. Everything was perfect and came out quickly during a rush!! Great job. Never too cold for warm food and a smoothie ?
Great quick place to grab a smoothie after a workout or if you just like to enjoy a fresh cool treat. Wraps are awesome. Friendly staff. Definitely will be back.
Accidentally ordered to this location, was sent a confirmation email at 10:20 am. Made a phone call to this location at 10:21 am. Was told there was nothing they could do about a refund or anything of that nature because the product had already been wasted. Not sure who can make a smoothie in under 1 minute but I’m guessing this location should be in a record book? Will not be ordering anything from Tropical anymore. Hope they enjoy the $8 that they were so afraid to refund. ?
every time I ordered or came in store managers are nasty I recently order I was only 2 seconds made a mistake to order for delivery so I called manager goes I'm not giving u a refund it's already made how u already maid it when I just ordered its only Ben 2 seconds she was nasty I called corporate I do not recommend this location I never have this issues downtown Columbia it's only Ben this location never will I order from hear again and yall would be so quick to blame customers when everytime I go in there yall have maid mistakes on customers orders I've seen with my own eyes even my orders have Ben put in incorrect when Me and my husband tell yall what we wanted more then one time stealing people money will cause u to loose business and yall lost my business and I will be telling others not to come hear
