The food was fresh and attention to detail amazing.
I had visited a dentist and took my chances on a steak and shrimp meal. In fact ordered three meals. Loved it. Steak was tender and tasty. Shrimp and vegetables very good as well as the sauce and California sushi. Thanks for the experience. I’ll be back.

I LOVE teriyaki, and these folks never disappoint. The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is swift and courteous.
I would give a better rating but the house salad was basically just lettuce. Two shavings of carrot n 2 shavings of red cabbage. Just a big bowl of lettuce fr. I got the steak combo, the steak veggies n rice was good really. Just don't with the combo for the salad like I did, not worth it. Do better with the salad yall. They did get me my order quickly tho.
Never fails, Don't order through app you will still have to wait in line (for 20+mins) and wait on your food as if you ordered in store. WASTE. The only Tokyo grill that does that. And don't add any special requests bc it never shows up on their printed ticket, and they never accommodate errors. This is the last time I will be coming to this location!!
The food is good. The are pretty good at getting your food to you in a timely fashion.
Ordered through the app and arranged a pick up time for 8pm-8:15pm. Got a notification that my order was ready at 8 pm and when I arrived they didn’t even start my order. I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my order. The cashier was not pleasant at all. I then asked about my sushi (California roll with added crab meat). I posted a picture so you can see the foolishness, it literally looks like sushi from Publix and she explained the extra crab meat was just a bigger size crab meat inside. I am furious. Nothing was done to satisfy me as a loyal customer and I will not be returning to the Killian Rd. (Roberts Branch) location.
