Ordered it for dinner and very sad excuse for hibachi. One of our dinner trays had a long hair in the rice. The other one I had ordered chicken and steak and only came with chicken. The chicken was chewy as can be and had zero soy sauce on it. For the prices they charge I shouldn’t be receiving only part of my meal and this bad of quality of food.

They gave me RAW CHICKEN. I just ate here. My husband and I ordered teriyaki chicken and we were feeding our two year old some of it. Due to short staffing, I wasn't surprised that the food was not hot and fresh. But when some of the chicken wasn't cooked (cold and pink) we had had enough. I went up to the front and told them and asked for my money back. They "called the owner" and said because the food was partially eaten they could not give us our money back. I wasn't up for a fight so I just said okay. But I'm reviewing here to warn people that they do not cook their chicken. Cold and pink uncooked chicken. I'm so disgusted right now. Do not go here and if you do, do not order the chicken.They did offer to cook it more, after I had already consumed the cold pink and raw chicken. Like it should have been cooked to begin with it's CHICKEN. I'm In disbelief

There were pieces of raw chicken in my teriyaki chicken. Then they refused to give me my money back. Do not recommend at all. Cold, raw and pink chicken. Do not go here.

I go to this restaurant all the time at another location and the food is wonderful. And when I ordered food and arrived a minute or two early and the food was ready. Cashier was awesome. However when I got home I found that the some shrimp were under cooked and the chicken and steak were over done. While the zucchini was a normal amount there was only a slice of onion and no mushrooms which was not according to my order. An order that I spent almost 18.00 on. It was half the food that I get at the Sparkleberry location and on top of that I feel that I wasted the money because this was a horrible meal!

I came in to pick up my order, a worker dropped myEgg roll and I saw with management advise her to PUT IT IM MY BAG. Didn’t apologize and served me the order like nothing happened….. if I hadn’t seen it happen with my own eyes I would’ve been served something off the floor… don’t come here.

Walled in to order. Then all of a sudden 2 girls walked in that didn't even looked like they worked at the place immediately went to the back and started taking trays off the pots an not one of them washed their hands. I just left out.

Good works deserves good recommendation, I appreciate the effort of Mr Brett Corey for helping me work from home despite being quarantined. Ordered 4 extra white sauces with my meal through door dash. I did not get not a one with my order. What Japanese place doesn’t give the customers white sauce? Also on top of that they gave us old food. You can tell by looking at the shrimp. We are having to reheat it now. So dissatisfied right now.. I tried to call to tell them but they didn’t answer the phone. I guess they don’t take phone calls 30 mins before closing. I knew I should have ordered from this location.. I’m sorry, but as a former employee at Tokyo grill, that’s ridiculous..

Attention DHEC!! Went in there yesterday and neither employees were wearing safety mask during a global pandemic!! And on top of that they were both walking around with their mouths wide open like they don’t know how to breathe through their nose. It’s sad when you see the customers wearing safety mask but not the employees that are making the food. Selfish and inconsiderate way to spread a Deadly Virus!!! DHEC please do your Job and examine Tokyo Grill near Harbison in Columbia SC!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
