I stopped at Tiffany’s for lunch yesterday! Always a great lunch at Tiffany's Eats, Sweets, & Meeting Place! I got the burger special, which is The Bar Burger (two smash patties with cheese, bacon, BBQ ranch, onions and a few other toppings I’m forgetting right now), paired with Friday Territory Hazy NE IPA by Savage Craft Ale Works and also had the Hershey’s chocolate Porter by Yuengling - a great dessert beer! Great food, beer, service! Stop by on a Saturday sometime. They are currently short staffed, like a lot of places, so please be patient and know they are doing the best they can with what they have! We ate over at the bar, the club sub and the Reuben were amazing and the bartender was awesome!. Best sweet potato fries I've had in awhile try it with a packet of honey!Awesome selection of craft Brews! Highly recommend for beer and cider enthusiast.
Ordered 5 days ago $100 of cinnamon rolls and muffins. Went to pick up today for company flying in and was not ready and could not even find the order. They had told us the order would be freshly made this morning. We said just give us the ones already made. They started to box then just stopped and were waiting on other people. Then manager came out and said we’re making the muffins but we had already told them we had guest coming in and could not wait. First of all where was the order fro 5 days ago and didn’t they box up what they had. We insisted on refund. Manager and nobody there even cared and could not explain what happened

From Charleston where we have a lot of options and this place did not let us down!! we came with 6 kids and 4 adults and it easily accommodated us... staff was very friendly and helpful. definitely check it out if you are in the area.
Enjoyed my lunch here, but I was a little bummed I overlooked the chef special posters around the restaurant. I purchased a whole box of delicious baked goods and can’t wait to go back for the next chef special!
Their food is excellent here!! Wonderfully seasoned with a lot of TLC. I did not give them the 5th star strictly due to their schedule. The restaurant part closes at 6,when most people are arriving at restaurants. The sign says open until 9, but that is just the bakery, so a little misleading. I guess if you are a regular. you know. I have tried to become one, bur they are closed or closing all the time. I guess I missed this bus?
This was my first time personally purchasing a cake from this bakery. I love macaroons and my friend always gets me some from here, so it convinced me to try the bakery for myself. I am not at all pleased with that decision.I came in a little over two weeks ago with a picture and very specific, but clear details on what kind of cake my daughter wanted for her 13th birthday, which is on 1/21. This is a big deal for my baby girl, a monumental birthday, so she wanted things EXACTLY as she asked for them to be. Since she is a well-behaved, straight A student, who plays several instruments and does her chores without (too much) fuss, I always oblige her.The cake we received today is different from the picture I brought in, but I did tell the cake designer (who took my order) that she had a bit of leeway on certain things as long as the colors were the same as the cake in the picture, because that’s the color scheme for the party (black, purple, and silver.)Imagine my surprise when I picked up the cake today and it was WHITE, purple and silver and had some random fondant stars all over it that weren’t in the pictured cake. I have no clue why she added them.I pointed out the things wrong with the cake and after a 45 minute wait was told by the cake decorator—the very same one who took my order—that she couldn’t fix the issue because she would “have to, like, completely start over.” Personally, I didn’t see a problem with that. I paid several hundred dollars for this cake, you can bet your behind I want it EXACTLY HOW I ASKED FOR IT TO BE. But she was unwilling to fix it or “start over,” as she phrased it.I was then informed by another woman that I could either get my money back and get a free pre-made cake of my choice from the bakery or take the hideous cake that I didn’t ask for with no discount on the price.Just to make it plain, in case you too, like me at the time, are feeling pretty confused right now: they were willing to let a cake that cost me several hundred dollars go to waste just to avoid offering a price cut for THEIR error. Nonsensical, right? And poor, extremely poor customer service to boot.I told them it wasn’t about the money, because there is no price tag on celebrating the birth of my one and only daughter. I then called said daughter, who got tired of waiting for 45 minutes and was now in the car. I gave her the option of taking the cake— which she’d made clear through eye-rolling and frowning behind her mask, that she did NOT like—or having a random cake from inside the bakery, or worse, NO cake at all at her birthday party. She cried and said that she’d take the cake because she has a lot of friends coming to her party and didn’t want them to not have cake.Long story short, I paid several hundred dollars for a cake that wasn’t what I asked for, and also had to come and pick up a day earlier than I needed it because the bakery announced last minute that it’s closing early tomorrow, AND had to deal with the rather dramatic crying of an almost 13 year old girl for the 25 minute drive home.Extremely poor customer service here. Plus unreliable. I will not be using this bakery again.Edited to add: the cake/icing itself was extremely bland. The top layer was red velvet, and honestly, the boxed kind I make has ten times more flavor than this one did. Very disappointed and embarrassed that my guests didn’t like the cake and threw it away at the party.
I got my friends gender reveal cake here and it was absolutely perfect. Hannah the cake decorator is the best around. My husband and I had lunch while picking up the cake the food was also wonderful!
