Apple cobbler cinnamon roll made me like them again. Not even really a sweets person but they are amazing. Breakfast sandwiches are also on point. Great staff and take out process. Can't wait until the inside is open again!
This is a great place. It's in the cut, and it's slept on... The food is priced very reasonable. The Strawberry Cheesecake cinnamon roll is my favorite dessert and my second choice would be the Banana Foster. I get the Philly Cheese Steak Grits. I Love this place.
The Cinnamon Rolls are out if this world!! Definitely need to call in or order online! It’s so worth it!!
I visit this place every time I pass through Columbia. The specialty rolls are a must have and they are huge. Also great if you are looking for breakfast. Staff are friendly and the service is quick.
Frankly, I already knew that The Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli had the best cinnamon rolls found in a 60 mile radius of Columbia. What I didn’t know was the extent to which they will go to provide excellent customer service. Wanting to celebrate my son‘s high school graduation today, our family decided to go to The Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli. We learned that they were usually open on Wednesdays, but are currently closed for construction. When Jody, the owner heard our dilemma, she offered us a box of mini cinnamon rolls so that we would could enjoy and remember this day. Jody serves her customers with kindness and compassion. We visited while the Dining Room was closed, which was a bit of a bummer. As far as ordering, you need to order in advance. We ordered by phone and it was easy. Pickup is easy too. Beware the parking lot though - rough getting in and out. We parked on the street and I think every single car the came out while we were there bottomed out when exiting. As far as the food, we picked up a couple of cinnamon rolls, a breakfast sandwich, and shrimp & grits. The cinnamon rolls are both large and delicious. We did a sweet one (bourbon) and a savory (bacon maple) one. Both were excellent - although the sugar rush with the bourbon one would probably keep me away next time. But that’s partly because the portion size is large too - hard to complain on that. The breakfast sandwich (the Big Max) was alright. There was plenty of food (I saved some for later), but I expected the flavor to pop more. The mustard is interesting and the only real flavor on it. The shrimp and grits were a hit. Again, plenty of it and really good flavors on this dish. Would definitely come back here and recommend a visit to anybody on the fence.
We live in Georgia but this is our third trip to COLA and the Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli is ALWAYS a must. Thankfully this time around our airbnb was within walking distance. I tried the berry graham roll this time and everyone else had the originals. In the past, I’ve also tried the bananas foster roll. These rolls are fresh, homemade, tender, and packed with flavor!! And Jody was delightful to chat with and took excellent care of us. Already looking forward to our next trip.
This place is definitely on the list of top 5 breakfast/brunch places I have ever been. Breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING and a great value. Super efficient in getting orders out quickly and correct. The specialty flavored cinnamon buns are all SO delicious and I am so excited to go back and try more flavors.
Today was my very first visit to the lovely, The Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli! Words cannot describe the beautiful spirit and service from each and every person of The Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli. How could you not order when the customer interaction is beautiful. I ordered The Columbia Dog and my boyfriend ordered the Pick 2 Menu with The Shroom Dog and Chili Cheese Nachos. When I say delicious, I mean delicious. The food was tasty and cooked to perfection. Listen, the melt in your mouth cinnamon rolls are to die for. Side note: The aroma from the kitchen makes your mouth water for the entire menu. I cannot wait to eat here again. Please don’t hesitate to eat here. It will be one of the best decisions in this lifetime! 10 Stars!
