I placed an online order for a sandwich and the ordering process was very fast and easy. Once I got to the store the employees showed me where my pick up was and they were very friendly. THAT is why I have 2 starts instead of 1. Once I got to my car and opened my sandwich wrap I got COVERED in all the topping of my sandwich. As I proceeded to open the wrapping I saw that ALL of the veggies and oils were on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. I seriously had to eat it at home with a fork to put the sandwich together enough to try to enjoy. Very disappointed ?

This subway is the worst. I walk in at 9:11pm. They close at 10pm. And they can't take me...which it clearly looked as though the young female....was making subs for people waiting in the lobby. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here...will Not be coming back...worst subway in the northeast side of columbia....go to Blythewood...they're way better...and have a great attitude...its worth the extra drive trust...

They may not get your order right all the time when you order via uber eats, but atleast they don't toast it when you don't want it to be toasted. The Walmart location always toast it...even if you call them for the heads up. This location gets it right 98 percent of the time. If I want Subway and I'm not going in person this is the only one I will order from on uber eats. 3 stars only cause a few times I got brown lettuce; If not for that i would rate 4.

I love this one off of Killian. Meats and Veggies are ALWAYS Fresh!

Posted hours are not accurate. Online the hrs state 10 p.m. for closing as well as on the outside of the restaurant door. I arrived at 9:30p.m. and the lights were off and open sign was off. The young lady who works there was standing at the register and came outside and locked the door and got in her car. Another car pulled up beside me as well and they tried to enter expecting it to be open as posted.

They never answer the phone, I wanted to pick my order up at 4:30, I selected that time frame online but once I went to checkout, it jumped back to 4:10; tried to call the restaurant (6) times, and no one answers. ?

Didn't even know it was a subway around there.It was two days before Thanksgiving, crazy busy on the road.The gentlemen were great,when I called home to get orders it was not organized. Lol...This staff was great and patient actually made the aggravation of the call ok...Great teamwork and they know how to treat you even if your family doesn't sometimes when your trying to get there order right...lol I have five girls ? ?

They are always clean, friendly, and if they don't have an item they offer other suggestions that may be suitable.

unauthorized charges on my card from this store and they have no order for it. Why would a charge from this store charge your card if they have no order??

Me and mom went to go fill up our drinks and there was no ice coming out. So like any other person we asked a employee (I think the manager) when we told him that there was no ice coming out he said hold it down and stick your finger in it if any ice gets stuck and then proceeded to stick his hand in the ice dispenser. I can't imagine how many other people he could have possibly said that to.
