Love that the establishment is locally owned, however, the staff leaves A LOT to be desired. The cashiers seem very impatient when taking orders and the others, behind preparing orders, are swearing like sailors. Not professional behavior at all. What’s worse is it’s mostly the young “ladies” who are using the profanity.

Had a #14 Turkey and Roast beef All the way.. light onion on Wheat.. The sandwich was on point as always .. The service was prompt and polite...

As soon as you walk in you see a sign mask are required I watch the lady serve a lady in front of me with no mask all the employees are not wearing Mask properly. So I asked the lady can you please ask the gentleman before he touches our food to make sure he pulls his mask up over his nose she asked him I asked him I asked him for the third time continuously this man does not want to put his mask on properly so I left out asking for my $100 that I spend their back because I will not eat there and you have a chance of getting me sick you ask who the manager is they said there is none my thing is how do you serve food that says Mass required and you're not requiring nobody to have a mask not even your employees Wednesday December 15th 2021 7:30 to 7:45ish

Cashier was dismissive towards me as a customer and walked away from the register and delayed taking my order when I was the only customer in line for over 3-4 minutes and then over charged me.. ($8.75 for a 6in #14 sub)... I know only because I later checked the the receipt and compared it to the online menu price ($6.50+tax) ...thank you very much.. she probably will get to keep the $1.50 she over charged me....

By far one of the best nicks I've been to and the only one I go to food is great customer service is always on point

They made the best, fresh SUB and my sons ate 3 time a week. I love their #19 meats were fresh bread was fresh. Nov. 3rd had my son stop to get us our lunch on rye bread the rim of the bread before you can eat you got to trim the rim off will have to stop get resh bread please

I ordered a scrap sub with heavy Mayo and tomatoes and onions and heavy oil with crushed red pepper. The fixed not like I wanted it at all. I them to let know that the was when I they had already made the and it was incorrect to so I asked for money back but I said I will take if you make it in front of me the manager said no and refund my. This used to be my favorite place I will not ever go back again very rude.

Great subs and owner takes pride in his business! Only if he’s there though, if not the employees are openly saying they hate their jobs and put little to no care into what they’re doing. I’m that case customer service varies.

Listen!!! Every time I go to the Substation 2 on parklane, I am Never disappointed!!!!!! The people there are always good and they always get my order right!!! Great customer service!!! Always!!!

I will NEVER go back to this location. When you go inside to order they have a sign that clearly states they won’t take your order if you’re talking on your cell phone. When I got to the register the CASHIER was on her phone. I politely waited for her to get off her phone before I told her my order. I REPEATED my order TWICE. When I got to the counter & saw them putting Mustard on my sub (which I’m allergic to & clearly DIDN’T ask for) I asked them politely to remake my sub. HOWEVER the employee wrapped my sub in a sub paper that clearly had MUSTARD all over it. So I had mustard all on the top of my sub. When I called to speak with a manager, an employee told me the manager was “a white lady named Amy” and they could take a message which of course I NEVER got a call back. Don’t even waste your time, go to a sub station with better service & employees!!!!
