I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but this happens too often.Due to poor management, this Starbucks closes CONSTANTLY. Instead of not allowing me to make a mobile order, they allowed me to do so and then closed. One day they could be drive through only, the next completely closed. Everyone I know is frustrated with this location. Many of the workers there are nice people who are working hard but I can’t even step in for a coffee (I work nearby) without them taking my money and then subsequently closing! That’s ridiculous.
I made my purchase via the drive thru. It was quick with 4 cars I'm front of me. The staff member that handed my coffee was cool.
I hate to be a karen and leave a review, but I put in a mobile order and arrived at 10:40 when it was supposed to be ready and I didn’t even get my food until 11:13 and i’m making this right after leaving. I asked for a refund but she gave me my food that was forgotten about but really I didn’t want the food I just wanted my money back. I understand it takes time to make stuff but it was truly slow service in this starbucks.
This has to be, by far, the worst Starbucks on the planet. The latest incident: placed an online order, only to pull up and find the line wrapped around the building and they’re only doing drive through. Being short on time, I called to cancel the order and get a refund, only to be told that I can come back later for my items or a refund. It’s ridiculous to have to make two trips to get my money back. The young lady on the phone made it no better, she said “you can just wait, the wait won’t be long”. This is totally unacceptable service for grossly overpriced coffee
Surprisingly impressed with this location. Super nice interior and exterior, quick order turnaround, and the drip coffee wasn’t burned (it usually is these days)
Not sure what the issue is with this Starbucks. This is my 9th drink I have gotten from this location and they do not seem to get better. This is not the worst store I have had drinks from, but it's in the category. My drinks taste like ice with whipped cream, no coffee. I have gotten different coffee drinks and they do not taste like the "Starbucks" coffees.
There were only three vehicles in line but I had to wait forever for anyone to take my order. And then they didn’t have nitro cold brew or any cold brew coffee for that matter. Starbucks with no cold brew? Come on!?
There is often issues with this Starbucks location as far as closing early or not being open. Today, I ordered online to pickup in the store. When I arrived the inside lobby of the store was closed. There was a sign on the door to use the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and my hot wc mocha was cold as it had already been made prior to my arrival. The young lady then tried to give me the mocha that had been sitting for about 20 min. I then asked her to make a fresh one, she looked upset, but she made a fresh wc mocha and of course it was 3/4 full.
When you're in need of a pleasure drink, try the Carmel Crunch Frappuccino! It's delicious!
Let me just say this starbucks is never consistent. It closes at random Hours. It was just closed for 4 months with a note saying we need rest... now that it's back open I just knew it would be way better. I'm here at 8pm google says they close at 9pm. The drive through says they are currently closed... I'm over it
