Was in this location last week ordered a Venti ice water add strawberries which I do order from Time to Time and it’s usually under a dollar the guy tells me my total is almost 7 dollars for a water with like five strawberries. Manager confirmed this is the correct price even though that’s never the price I pay for it so I just left came back this week to get a coffee and I sit down at the table on my phone I’m in there for about an hour and I see the guy at the counter give out a free croissant a free brownie and a free drink throughout that hour that I was there but I couldn’t get a water with strawberries make it make sense!!!This is why the Garners Ferry location will forever be my favorite Starbucks do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple of miles to go there!
Placed a mobile order on the app and they forgot the toppings and syrup to my drink, but there was a morning rush and I called the store later after my classes were done. Alonté helped me out and said I could come in for it to be remade or refunded. He even gave me an additional offer of a pastry! I never refund or get things remade anywhere because it’s usually awkward or feels like an inconvenience to them so this was a very good experience and they dealt with it better than expected!
Caramel Frappuccino with extra Caramel was a little sweet I expected better quality here then in Kuwait I was wrong but I would give it another shot bc Kuwait branches were so good
I am visiting here from Houston to visit my soldier and I must say that I am quite impress with this Starbucks. The employees were kind and helpful (despite the morning rush & it being a holiday on top of that), especially Rashanda. She was patient. Her drinks were amazing!!!! She made my experience a great one!!! This location and its employees ?????? If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Yummy fast delicious all kinds of varieties of drinks snacks sandwiches desserts. Fresh everyday

Nice clean shop. Both times I have gone the baristas have been fantastic, making sure they had everything for my order, since I ordered something specific. More than one barista checked!
Location will not let customers order Frappuccino on mobile app for over a month. One employee told me they were getting too many orders do they turned it off. Went to store and able to order instore. They need to fix this. Poor customer service.
We placed our orders on the app and were waiting inside several minutes after the scheduled pickup time before being notified they didn't have our order. The staff failed to acknowledge us while accepting every customer that entered wearing a military uniform. While their service is appreciated, as a paying customer, my service should be appreciated as well. They were completely dismissive and I would never return to this location. Thankfully, we were able to have our order filled at another location.
Placed an order at a location that was closed and didn’t shut off mobile ordering and went to this (Trenholm Plaza) location to get my order sorted. They were swamped with other people in a similar situation as me as well as this locations normal customers and handled it like PROS y’all!!! That group of ladies are super hero’s in green aprons because despite the stressful situation they had awesome teamwork, communication, got orders out fast, and still gave great customer service.
