Pay attention to charges!I ordered a caramel crunch frappuccino and cinnamon coffee cake. The cake rung up for $1 more than the advertised price at the counter. The employee stated that's just how it is and asked if it was okay to which I replied, no. He offered me a full refund (instead of the $1 difference). The drink was heavenly... better than other locations. The items weren't specific on my receipt so, I didn't get extra points for buying a frappuccino.
Just a note to say that we have never received the level of service that we just received at a Starbucks location like the one we visited today. The three ladies working were phenomenal - friendly and welcoming. The environment at this store was also spectacular. We both left the store in a positive, uplifted mood after our visit. My husband and I realize that oftentimes businesses get negative remarks more often than they probably get positive ones, so we wanted to express our thanks to this location for their stand-out service and for the effort they put into creating an inviting environment as well (the motivational post-it’s, staff incentives, cleanliness, etc.).
Not sure what happened with our order. Worst experience ever in any type of establishment. Finally asked for a refund and no one was really concerned.
Very friendly and professional!!! The young man at this location is truly a people person as well as the two young ladies. Great way to start your day.
