They are very welcoming and greet everyone who comes through the door even if they are just grabbing a to-go order. Orders come out quick and always correct. Staff really makes this place great!

This location is the best Starbucks location in the Midlands by far and I have visited almost every single one of them not only is it the best but they fixed a drink for me that wasn’t even made by an actual Starbucks but via franchise licensed location inside of the USC library. Going above and beyond seems to be standard @ the Saluda Ave Starbucks location and the manager Mike Haynes is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He doesn’t talk down to you, he doesn’t make you feel like you’re being ignorant about coffee - if you have a question, he validates your concerns and empathizes with customers, he doesn’t patronize you - he explains things in a kind and patient manner and then in the end he helps you more than even necessary to make sure you’re happy because he’s representing the “green apron” and it’s important to him. Cheers to Mike and all of the Starbucks baristas and staff - what a refreshing wonderful experience I had there today! I think there could be a picture of Mike and his team under the Websters dictionary definition of customer service. He is a master at the craft and it’s absolutely authentic kindness - you can’t get these skills by watching a training video or reading a book. It takes experience, empathy, intelligence, and common sense — something I would appreciate a lot more of in individuals today. Thanks guys, you really did make my day!
They were out of half of their food and it was only 10 am. Although one of the workers was nice and refunded me for something they didn’t have, it took them 15 minutes over the scheduled pick up time to make my drink and I watched as they continuously made online orders for people who were after me. Every time i even tried to ask someone about my drink they walked away before i could. Overall definitely would not go back especially if I have placed to be and i’m just looking for a quick drink to go. (side note: my drink was literally all milk couldn’t even taste anything else)

AMY is an AMAZING employee! She was so bubbly and joyful. She made me feel soooooo important! I genuinely appreciate her and the other staff members for being so kind. This Starbucks is by far the BEST and friendliest Starbucks I've ever been in ~ in my entire life!
