Needed coffee. I don't usually do Starbucks, but I know about Pikes. This location is in a basement attached to the Sheraton that use to be a bank. Built 1913. Yeah I asked. Went downstairs and fell in love with the ambiance the decor gives. I could of hung out there all day with a good book and coffee. Just visiting the area so this was a surprise find. The service was pleasant and courteous. Only 2 people so be patient...worth it. Thanks Ladies. Oh yeah, very clean.
One of the more unique Starbucks. Underground but with skylights to the street level, and in the middle of Columbia’s business district. Has a mix of students and professionals. Great place to have coffee or to meet friends.
I spilled my full coffee all over the place and I was so embarrassed. The staff was so kind and cleaned up everything right away and made me a new coffee. They made a difficult situation much easier. Its hard to find good customer service these days. Thank you to the two women who helped me today!
This Starbucks is located in a unique setting, right below the Sheraton. A Starbucks basement you could say. With an antique design on the inside, giving it a great look for a coffee shop.
It seems over the years Starbucks has lost its luster. I left for awhile then came back. It would be wise to train your barista's. The coffee is weak. I swear I am drinking heated water with a hint of coffee flavor. Starbucks I am done! Will not try you again. Now I understand why a number of your stores are closing.
Some hotel packages give you a $20 Starbucks credit per stay....
It's been a while since I've been in this particular Starbucks, so I was pleasantly surprised when I visited a few days ago. It was still this clean, cozy spot tucked under the Sheraton.If you like places that are not as bright as some other local coffee houses, here's the spot for you. It's the kind of spot that feels more like a hideaway.Oh yeah, the dirty chai was decent as well.
The ambience was very nice! The people that took my order where very nice and understood our order’s as complicated as they were!

If Starbucks has a deal on the app, you can't use here b/c you can't order ahead. Not good.
