These reviews definitely don't appreciate being a college student and needing a Starbucks when the times get tough. I can't imagine moving TCoop Starbucks out of TCoop...how would we get our study-time coffee fix? Recommend going down to lower quiet floors if the coffee shop noise bothers you. Personally I find it motivatingg.All of the staff are incredibly kind, serve a ton of customers quickly, and make great drinks. One of my favorite Starbucks locations!
I understand that Starbucks want to save cost recently. But if I order a pink drink and they only give me 2/3 of the drink, I believe that they are trying to humiliate customers.
Love this starbucks but the new person in charge is rude . I called about a job and once she thought i hung up she was talking bad about the location .
Staff were so annoying, they chatted loudly. Where am I? Am I in the library? This cafe should get out of the library!

Amazing service, super friendly staff. They're student so they know how other students think, which makes the whole ordering process so much easier.
Where do I begin with the Starbucks? My friends' most recent fiasco involved the baristas arguing over who would make the Witch's Brew because no one wanted to make it, so the 12 people behind her got their drinks first. Also she ordered a tall, however was charged for and received a grande. While that's not awful, it was just that the barista only had instructions for how to make a grande.This was not, and probably not be, the only issues. I have received iced tea instead of coffee, been 40 minutes late to a class for a bagel. (Mind you, orders were being filled relatively quickly. They just forgot my order completely.) I have received a flat lid on top of whipped cream, causing it to gush out of the straw hole when touched and when asked for a dome lid I received attitude. "What do you expect me to do?" This was after watching the barista put a dome lid on the drink then decide that it needed a flat lid. This Starbucks is an absolute disgrace, also blenders in a library? Why would you do that? The lines are awful and it causes so much noise to a library. It's stupid;
STARBUCKS CORPORATION POLICY: IF A CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE A DRINK, YOU REMAKE IT. One star for the service and PLEASE hire nicer individuals who actually care about their jobs and Starbucks policy bc the workers there had a rude tone and mean demeanor (came on a Tuesday school night at 10:30pm a week before midterms)
