My mother and I came in to grab a coffee and refresher before going shopping and to lunch. We were amazed at the phenomenal customer service. Gena was our barista and we enjoyed joking with her and Michael F. This is our go to Starbucks due to the batista's at this location.
Always a pleasure to come to the Starbucks location. Have friendly staff very clean environment. This is my favorite one here in the Columbia South Carolina area.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service!! The best I have ever had!! Manger Mike is such an angel & every single employee who worked the Tuesday afternoon shift made me feel so loved on my birthday! All of these employees deserve a raise- I’m still in such awe of their kindness. Their warmth & dedication to service didn’t go unnoticed- and I’d like that to be known :) serious props
I went today to get me a caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel, whip, and crunch with a cheese danish. Everything was going great. Cashier was awesome!! I had to wait a bit but that was okay because it was busy. But the female that brought me my drink, she wipes my drink off, the entire thing with her DIRTY apron…. Wait.. what… I asked her did you wipe my drink off with your apron she responds yes, that is why I have it on….. I’m like no an apron is to keep your clothes clean. Not to wipe off a drink. I’m livid!!! Is this a practice at all StarBucks? How often are these “wipe peoples drink off aprons” cleaned? OMG not going back to this one. Ugh SMH

I am a bit disappointed. I sent my son to get himself, his sister and me Starbucks for breakfast. We ordered Iced Mochiattas, one hot coffee and the little breakfast bites.He waited over an hour going back and forth to see if they had forgotten about our breakfast.He was told 2 times he was next. When it was finally up our drinks were watered down from the ice and the coffee was cold. Then when we went to eat our bites they were very cold like they may have been frozen before. This was worst experience.
My barista made my Frappuccino perfectly. Coffee was nice and strong, employees were super sweet and they were very quick. Will be back.
Went out of their way. They had run out of their regular freshly brewed…the woman offered me Americano instead but charged for freshly brewed. Extremely kind, courteous…and they were extremely busy but that didn’t stop her from being professional. Ironically, just had extremely rude treatment at another Starbucks prior to this (I hadn’t mentioned before this act of kindness). Nice to see people who are in the holiday spirit!
