What's the point if your drive up spots are never open? You force everyone to use the drive thru. I sat literally in the same place in line for the drive thru for 17 minutes before finally getting out of line and going somewhere else. Never even inched forward. Coming from the food industry, I don't understand how this location is still open.
The food at this sonic is not goodMy corn dog still had uncooked batter . Girl at drive thru incompetent. I told her 4 times I wanted the number 4 lettuce tomato mayo only no cheese. She still put cheese on it and it tastes burnt. My tots were not cooked either the temp of oil must be off disappointed though because they usually good. I drove home before eating and wasn't driving all the way back to complain. Idk just not a good experience so now I'm get something from somewhere else and I wont visit this sonic again
I had a HUGE order, because I was picking up lunch for my team.... Everything came out in a timely fashion... And, everything was HOT and FRESH! However, when I returned to work and started sorting out the food..... I couldn't find my BACON cheeseburger..... Welp, it was because they forgot the bacon.... Overall I have no real qualms..... I just NEEDED my bacon.... The staff was really FRIENDLY!
The Reese's blast is a soft serve delicacy that is the reason I enjoy my time at Sonic restaurant locations. Comes standard and has chunks and pieces of Reese's cups mixed into vanilla ice cream. It literally cures my sweet tooth, is throughput as a snack to stave off hunger till the next destination(convenient), gets liquids to the customer by way of frozen vanilla ice cream so the consumer isnt walking away more dehydrated than upon arrival, suffices for a great short date for people of any origin which ques(cues)the spot light to shine on these signature shakes.I love Sonic. I feel like their shakes love me just as much too. Thanks for reading. They are super judgemental in any manner of business If youre a candidate of potential employment. Will return. Was trying to give my order and whoever was taking it was very rude and cutting me off when ordering. Told her multiple times what I wanted on my burger. When the car hop brought it out, I checked the burger in front of her and told her that I ordered my burger without the toppings. She proceeded to tell me that it looks right with Whats on the receipt. I explained to the car hop multiple times what I ordered and she rung it up wrong. Terrible service. Never eating at a Sonic again.
Ordered thru app. Yes they got my order correct. Had to wait awhile once I arrived n checked in. Order was correct. Worker was okay, nothing to write home to mom about.
Pulled up after work to grab something to eat and seemed like a bunch of high schoolers working night shift. Our food was fried in what tasted like old oil and go me and my girlfriend sick afterwards. Food would've been good if it wasnt for this
My husband visited this location 10/29/21 for some ice cream and they said there was no ice cream??? He waited a really long line to finally be told at the front. Point of this story is to put signs or something so that people are aware. First time visiting and probably the last
Stopped at Sonics to get my grandkids a bite to eat. Overall everything was okay. My oldest grandson chicken in his sandwich was very small for what was advertised
