Just left not even 10 minutes ago, I asked for a #1 with fries and a #4 with tots and jalapeño poppers in a medium. I didn’t get my tater tots.Edit: Just went back, guy got my tater tots straight out the grease. Also gave a large shake said I didn’t need but he insisted. good customer service with friendly attitude
Terrible terrible terrible! We went to the call window and set there for 30 minutes. Stopped one of the car hops to ask her why it was taking so long for us to even place our order she said she was new but she would ask. So then they took everyone order that got there after us. We ended up leaving but I guess we shouldn't have ever questioned the length of time we were waiting ?
I am giving this place 2 stars only because I spoke with the general manager and so far that issue has been resolved. However, I just went there and so not to make a scene, I just took the sandwich and left, but I want my money back and they can have this sandwich and I will NEVER go there again. I watched the person fix my sandwich with no gloves and touched EVERYTHING and did not wash his hands. And before anybody say why didn’t I say anything, I had already swiped my card and the girl immediately walked away from the counter and did not come back until she was handing me the bag, not to mention, it was the “manager” that fixed my sandwich.
The worst experience. The food tasted like mildew and I couldn't even finish my meal. A health inspector needs to visit this place before I ever will again.
I used the drive through and had to pull up to wait on my order. The problem was employee came out with part of my order and someone came out with another part and the order still wasn't complete. I had to go inside.
Worst sonic in Columbia!! Horrible customer service! I work 3rd shift and get off at 4am, sonic is the only open restaurant near my house and every night I've been there they tell me the system is down and they can't take orders! Over 5 times this has happened in 2 weeks, maybe they should hire some ppl that actually want to do their job and not just sit on the click doing nothing and turning away customers

The drive-thru process was ruthless. There isn't any indication on speakers that do not work. Had 2 cars cut me because I was waiting on a response at this particular speaker.
Late night trip and the employees were friendly and got the order correct!
Food is always fresh, I've only ever had one not great order, but they were happy to replace it! Great place for a quick bite. App is great also.
