I used to come here with my kid for their lemon-berry slush and chili dogs. But they recently stopped using real lemon; whatever syrup they are using now is way too sweet. Also I got a cup of water which had mold and a baby spider in it. I only saw it after the ice melted. Can we say “slime in the ice machine”? Gross. Can’t say I’ve ever really been a big fan of the hot dog either. The frank in the hot dog is tough and more salty than what you get at the grocery store. Not coming back.
It’s either dumb luck, A weird coincidence, or one of the employees don’t like me. It seems like whenever I go to sonic: The system is down, they are cleaning the grill, or they’re not taking any orders, period. I wouldn’t care if their entire menu was 99% off. They don’t deserve me anymore. So much for 24 hours.
Burgers lately are made sloppy as hell. Meat hanging off the bun mayo and ketchup running all over. Bun old, the part if the tomato you don't put on anything. Ugghh. Fries tastes like they have been reheated. Sonic on Charleston hwy by the Pilot YALL NEED TO DO BETTER. YALL STAY OPEN LATE. I EAT WITH MY EYES AND FOR THE PRICES YALL CHARGE. GIVE GOOD QUALITY!!!
If I could give a 0 I would!! I’m glad I cut them open before I gave these to my 2 year old!! As u can see the chicken is not done at all!!! Disgusting
Tray was filthy, floor sticky, and no whipped cream. Only good thing burger was half price and blast was free. Bring back Tony Jackson.
Thyief shift staff were fast, and friendly. Really enjoyed the spirit do early. Food was hot and excellent as well.
This Sonic deserves 0 stars. We waited 20 mins for 3 milkshakes that we never received. Staff in drive thru was extremely rude & unprofessional. We were asked 2 different times what was we waiting on and still never got our shakes. When I walked in for a refund I was ignored at the front counter. The whole staff needs to be fired and this location just needs to start over!!
This is the worse Sonic ever. Come during breakfast hours and it’s not busy ask for fresh food and still get old cold food, tot’s we’re old and hard egg on the sandwich was Turing a dark yellow around the edges and the bacon was burnt, asked for a real lemon slush given a strawberry lemonade slush. Customer service at this location sucks from the Managers on down. Will never come here and don’t recommend anyone go here either!!!!!
How do you go during lunch hour rush and still get cold, old, stale food?! Paid $25 for food that wasn’t edible with exception of the cheese sticks and tater tots. The only item ordered that was actually good (and fresh) was the cheese sticks which I imagine is bc they are cooked to order. But the fries were cold, old and stale, even hard so couldn’t eat them. Tots cold but edible. Burger cold and horrible taste, not edible. Strawberry shake was good. Gave 2 stars bc despite the terrible food the staff was good. They were friendly, polite and courteous from arrival to departure.
My drink was the only thing worth not throwing in the trash chicken bite was burned with BBQ sauce on top fries leaning to the side the 1star come from friendly service but that's not what I paid for I paid 36 buck for food that wasn't edible
