I'm a sonic fanatic. I used to work at the one in Chapin, and will preach Cheddar Peppers and Ocean Water to anyone who'll listen. This time I ordered my usual, a number 10 fried with fries, an order of cheddar peppers, and an ocean water. Nothing was fresh. The fries had obviously been refried,and the cheese inside my peppers was barely warm. Ocean water was good, but it's pretty impossible to mess that up. I'll continue loving sonic, and will give this one another try on the future.
Waited 45 minutes for food after asking where it was they finally brought it out minutes later and the milkshakes were melted, tots cold, and my burger had a whole bottle of mustard on it I didnt ask for. Will never return worst service I've experienced in a long time. Only positive is I easily received a refund but it seems as if they are very use to giving people money back
I mean the service is always great friendly workers I have no issue with that. I have an issue with that so called brownie batter milkshake it's awful and the brownie pieces taste more like chocolate chips not what I was expecting as the picture made the pieces look bigger. But on another note I do like the cake batter milkshake that was pretty good.
Stalls are never open at night.. only drive thru - which is the slowest EVER. Currently been waiting for 30 minutes. Just got to the window and their ice cream machine "isn't working"... but I just saw someone get ice cream. Lady at the window also couldn't bring herself to say a simple, "you're welcome"..to my thank you or the car behind me. Rude and slow.
Sonic has a special place in my heart. Specifically, this one. There were many a late night I spent in Swearingen, and Sonic supplied my furious, sleep-deprived homework study sessions. I have had about a 80% success rate with getting my food right. The food is usually "right", but just the wrong size. The people are chill and it's usually never a problem.
Specifically stopped to grab a drink and let my child use the restroom. The women's room was very clean and stocked.we were able to order and have our food and drinks very quickly. I had my daughter grab the food from the back window, and our male server was so kind and patient with her. Great location and experience.
Johnathon was very quick and ready with my order lickedy split. A great establishment. I haven’t had a meal that good in forever! Definitely will be a weekly visit now
It waS late and busy, line out to the street. But they moved in a timely manner and you could feel the warmth of the food thru the bag and it was securely sealed. Was with a friend while they doordashed bc she was scared.
Tierra saved our Christmas when we needed ice cream. Even working on Christmas night she was so cheery and polite. Thanks Tierra!!!
Horrible services. Waited over 10 minutes for a drink that I ordered through the app before I even got to the sonic. Workers seemed to have more drama with each other and not concerned about customers.
