After several times coming here, my only complaint is the service can be a little slow, but to be fair, the car lines are often long. The staff here have gotten my orders right and are respectful, so I can tell they try. Honestly, I'd give them 4 1/2 stars. I will certainly continue coming here, because they earn their business.
They never put enough sauce on the popcorn chicken.. like they put one scoop of sauce first then chicken on top and toss it around. ? Also asked for cherry coke (no syrup real cherries) I got extra syrup no cherries and splash of coke. Fries were heavily salted..
I would not recommend this Sonic
the food here is great, but my god the waiting is horrific. i’m writing this review while sitting in my car, waiting for my shake. the worst part is that several cars have pulled into the waiting spots and already received drinks, while i’ve been waiting here. i even called over some poor employee, and they said they’d check on it. that was ten minutes ago. i don’t intend on moving from this spot until i get my shake.
fantastic chili cheese hotdog. wait times however are blasphemous!! waited 25 minutes for a vanilla shake. at least 4 cars came and went from other waiting spots and still, i am empty handed and longing for my shake! workers need to get a grip.
Okay so sonic has always been my and my brother's go to to ice cream and such since we get home late. No biggie.Well.. The last few months here and there, and ESPECIALLY the last two weeks, this location just decides to.. Not serve ice cream after 9? I've been given every different excuse from "we're not doing that right now" to "the machine is being cleaned" to "we're backed up" there's no way every day for two weeks any of those are the case every night. It's ridiculous. At least put a sign up that you're not doing ice cream after 9 or whatever
Placed an order for breakfast using the Sonic mobile app. When I arrived at the location, it was closed and no one in the parking lot at 7:00 am. It clearly stated on the mobile app that this location was open. I also requested that my order be prepared using the ASAP button, don’t ever choose this option because you cannot cancel your order once it is placed. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Choose a different Sonic location because obviously this location is horrible!
If you are looking for freshly made Burgers this is not the place. Just ordered two burgers and they are crusty, dried and overcooked. Look and tasted like they were sitting in a microwave a little to long. I elected to throw these burgers away, went to another burger joint down the road! I would not recommend this Sonic!

2 coffees took 15 mins.. probably it's normal at Sonic, but I expected faster turn around at fast food joints
