Wonderful Restaurant...very small but tons of options for health benefits as well. They don't really put a huge effort on making the smoothies but they are short on staff so I do understand when you are working alone.
Definitely not the same experience as the one off of Two Notch. I've done mobile orders twice now and they hadn't even started making the smoothie by the time online said it would be ready. I'm talking about an additional 10-15 min wait past the order ready time. There have never been a ton of customers waiting in line either to explain the delay, maybe 1-2? I like ordering online as I get the points, but when I go again I will just walk in and order directly.I really hope they get the glitches worked out and that this becomes a successful store! It's a prime location and a beautiful, clean new building, and obviously SK smoothies are a great product!
Took a long time to make over 15 minutes and then it wasn’t full. More than an inch below the top. It also doesn’t taste as good as I have had at other stores.
I'm going to stick with the one in Sandhill for now on. I believe there needs to be better training as it relates to customer service. The young lady that took my order wasn't really paying me any mind because she was more focused on whatever she was listening to on her headphones and asked me to repeat myself as she pulled them out of her ear. Not to mention she was on her phone as well.I can understand being on the phone during down time or listening to whatever, but customer service builds rapport and keeps individuals coming back. I'm not sure of the summit parkway location will last if they keep going this route.The smoothies also aren't blended well and are either missing ingredients of have too much of one.

Whoever owns this store has to do better with their crew members and management. Why is it every time I come here I’m always the only one and it takes over 15 minutes to make my smoothie over 5 minutes just to get started, I mean moving like snails… like at this point why is this store open? Nothing but kids in here that dont care or have any form of management/ discipline.
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! So slow and I have gone a few times thinking maybe it was just bad day, absolutely not!!! Management should fire the kids working there. They are clearly on drugs and move very slowly. Not to mention waiting over half an hour for one drink that was ordered onlineWorst customer service ever!!
Customer service is at an all time low! I've been to many locations where you are greeted as soon as you walk in! These employees don't speak, they are not friendly at all, they keep the same gloves on when taking orders, money, and making smoothies. They seem really bothered when it comes to their job. I will not be returning to this location!
Called at 10:30 am Jan 3, 2022. I wanted to place an order because my phone was going dead. I was literally told by a young man that he “was too busy” to take my phone order and to go to the app. I immediately drove to the store 1400 Summit Pkwy Suite A. (I’m right around the corner) There was NO ONE in the store at all. This was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!!!!!
