Pretty hit or miss location. Was good for a while but lately has been not great. Sometimes the smoothies are awesome and properly made! Other times the ratios are totally off. (Got a mango-strawberry recharge with vanilla protein added, pretty sure there's no mango and wayyy too much protein)Also seems to be chronically understaffed.
The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There are so many smoothie options and I'm an indecisive person so on my first visit an employee helped me navigate the menu and was happy to do so. I come here often now and today Mora was so kind to me when I walked in. This place is always a five star experience.

I moved from AZ to Ga and was on a visit to my to see my mom in SC I decided to try smoothie King out as I've never visited one before.. I gave the guy a recipe of ingredients for a certain taste I was going for, Although he didn't have all of the ingredients somehow he NAILED IT! ??♀️??♀️It was a Amazing!!! Thanks Smoothie King I WILL be locating one in GA. Hope they do as good a job as the South Carolina location??
Went to smoothie king for the first time today around 4pm. Says they are open until 9. The smoothies were decent but definitely not made to the proper portions they filled our cups and still had enough to fill two more cups that was wasted. That's concerning more from a business point of view employees are wasting your products. But the main reason for the 2 star review is because we walked in and said hello and both employees ignored us. They served us immediately but refused to speak to us. We let them know we've never been before so we'd need a few minutes and they just walked away. We luckily didn't have any questions. We then said thank you and goodbye and again got no reply. Over all the service is what made the visit very poor. Also we were the only ones in the store so it's not like they were busy and rushed. They mopped the floors around us basically pushing us around out of the way with the mop.
Store has to be the only smoothie king that does not have a scanner for mobile pay even though they have a sign right at the register promoting it. Had to mobile order standing in the store to pay with the app.

Currently visiting your store and just want to recommend scheduling more than ONE person to work, especially during lunch hours. This is the second time I’ve come to grab a smoothie for lunch and it’s taken over 25 minutes. The guy working today is doing an awesome job and working as fast as he can. The line is almost out the door and the online order tickets are dragging on the floor because there’s too many for him to keep up. Love the smoothies but I won’t be coming back if I have to wait half an hour for a smoothie. Just schedule more people please!
