Kids working here. A lot of potential but extremely lazy energy. I just walked in, eye contact but no greeting. One guy was making smoothies for another customer, another stood with his back to me washing dishes as I stood at the register for 3 straight minutes. Even the other customers looked at me, then them, like it was odd. I walked out slowly and no one uttered a word towards me. Maybe they were worn out. But management really needs to get a hold of this lackadaisical culture in there.

This location use to be on point. There was a guy that worked there who was an awesome manager who knew you by name and he made sure everything was ready when you order online. Every since they moved him it has been an absolute nightmare. One or two employees working during the busiest time in the morning. Online orders are not ready. Today the place is closed but they still accepted my online order. After I get there is when I find out the place is closed. This is crazy. Now I have to go to Tropical Smoothie and place another order on my way to work. This is very inconvenient. For the last year or so this place has been inconsistent. I’m sure the Forest Dr location is well taken care of.
Cashier looked very annoyed and made rude faces the entire time lol we went in for two free smoothies. Had our IDs, and she was charging us for one so we showed her the IDs again & told us it’s one per order. Ok, we asked for separate orders. She looked at us, sighed and rolled her eyes while asking for help from another worker. Smoothie was good, customer service wasn’t.-.
The place is decent. Only issue is they say they close at 9pm. If you show up at 830pm i promise you it will be closed. Its happened multiple times at the sandhills location.
My name is Michelle..I was in Sandhills today and stopped at Smoothie King..It was my first time there as I usually go to Tropical Smoothie.. The gentleman there was very nice..they didn't really have the smoothie I wanted so the guy made me the one I wanted and even let me taste test it before I took it..It was delicious!...I will definitely be going back there again. Great product and even better customer service!
They need to add seating back. This is ridiculous.
I love this place the new shift manager is polite. I have been going to this location for a year and they know my name and always ask me how my day is going.
Literally the slowest location around Cola. Placed my mobile order and the “promise time” on the receipt was 11:01am. Ended up getting it at 11:20. There was 4 people working and literally moving at the slowest pace possible. Definitely don’t care much about being fast and efficient.
