The district manager Laura is one of their aces. I always ask for her because she has always made my experience pleasant. they have had major staffing issues but when I saw her today she still smiled and made my strawberry gladiator the best. I recommend any store she is part of because she make sure the guest are happy and the coworkers under her show so much respect. thanks for your smile throughout
Ordered a smoothie online and something unexpected happened internally with the location, however I went a few days later to get the smoothie I had previously ordered and they had no issue providing the customer service. Later in the day, the owner personally called me to apologize for the inconvenience and wanted to thank me fort patience. Not many places, especially chain locations, will an owner call you to sincerely apologize. Employers can only do so much when places are still struggling to keep good employees. Highly recommend. I was in the store yesterday at 2:30 with my daughter. There was one other lady with us. The girl behind the counter looked at us rolled her eyes and proceeded to wash everything in the sink very slowly. NEVER speaking to us. Then when she finished she walked into the back storage room. Again not saying a word. I went back there and asked if she was going to wait on us. Then the girl said "she" is going to fix it. Pointing to the smaller girl. The smaller girl came out and stood in front of the register and just looked at me. The larger girl madey smoothie. I will never be back!
I only come for Q who is a manager who does great at making smoothies and talking to you. However so disappointed in the owners or whoever is above him. Constantly under staffed. Clearly they aren’t adapting to the change and won’t pay quality employees. Q is fantastic but is often here alone. It’s obvious the owners do not care enough.

So I came to this smoothie king after the gym in a rush to be somewhere but knew this was the best healthy option & I love smoothie king! But I was really upset when I got there. The man working was constantly on his phone texting taking my order and making my smoothie that he forgot to put the fruit I wanted in. I asked and he took it off the blender, and added only one of the fruit in (blueberries). I asked if he put the remainder of the fruit in (bananas and strawberries). He said he did but I never saw him do it and I was watching the whole time. I’m upset because I did not get what I paid for since it was extra for the extra fruit. My smoothie was very good, just upset for the lack of service and I paid extra for a one fruit smoothie.
Asked for a refund and employee Brandon m told me he couldn’t give me refund but his manager said he can they scammers I don’t recommend them plus poor customer service
