I just bought these cupcakes for my son's 3 year old party. I originally wanted monster truck theme but I was late in ordering. Long story short I changed his theme to Spiderman and changing just one of the colors to red instead of yellow. I also thought with it being a Spiderman theme it would be easier for the baker to make it cute.Please see Pic below. Is this worth$50??? The red almost looks pink. I loved her business at one time but this will be my last.
This place is AMAZING ‼️ I LOVE LOVE LOVE their cupcakes and smash cakes. You can taste excellence in their baked goodies and the ice cream is superb ?. You all will make my wedding cake??I bought a smash cake my first time when I went and I find locations everywhere I go.
Visited the Garners Ferry Rd store and barely got in when the kid behind the counter asked if I had a mask. No greeting, just, "Do you have a mask? You have to have a mask." In a snotty way. Looks like there's not a lot of icing anyway, but he lost a sale that day and I won't be back.
Both experiences, one at each store had the same issue. The first time the customer service was OUTSTANDING but sadly the cupcakes were hard and stale...this was by the way an am visit...and I was actually the first customer. My second visit I went in the evening to their store on Fort Jackson and the cupcakes were better but still tasted old. I expected fresh cupcakes and have seen where others have said they weren't iced until your ordered them. Both times I have been given cupcakes off of the display. I just assumed that's how it was done. Customer service wasn't friendly and I felt rushed. But the icecream was great, especially the strawberry sorbet. I won't try them a third time and waste another $25. There has to be a good bakery around here where I can get baked goodies that taste like home and not days old Walmart??♀️
I'm a little disappointed how my son's cupcakes, turned out..I've given Tasha " owner" almost two weeks in advance...This is my 4th year...This time, the cupcakes where dry , not fresh tasting and rushed...Before the cupcakes usually fresh and moist..Nope, not this year...I did email Tasha " manager " about my disappointment , not response back..That's cool..She has lost a loyal customer..Cupcakes are not cheap..Also the vision I had for my Son's cupcakes, didn't match her work..I'm not sure , if she's hiring new , unqualified bakers..Also the cupcakes didn't have that fresh ,from the scratch taste..More like , from the power box..From the grocery..I felt robbed and deceived...My oldest son , tried the cupcakes..Guess ,what!!! Yup!! Found a long stringy hair in his cupcake..Yuck!!! No one in my family has , straight blondish hair..My hair is braided..Unfortunately I did reach out..Hmmmm I'm assuming Tasha " manager " doesn't care..She did get her full payment...I'm not for giving a professional business another chance..Especially when It comes to not sanitizing and no hairnet...Then my son would not have had , hair in his cupcake..Dry tasting, no flavor with stringy, straight hair in the cupcakes...Even the kids at the party didn't want to eat it..My dog enjoyed it...Well she ate it from the trash Lol!!! Wow! Even another customer said it...Cupcakes are not from scratch..

Poor customer service. Rewards program falsely advertises "Have your 13th cupcake absolutely free." This is false advertising. My family purchases atleast a half dozen at a time, if not more for special occasions. We weren't even made aware of the rewards program this entire time. My husband happened to see the rewards card this time. To top it off, he only got one stamp when he bought 6 cupcakes. How are you going to give a stamp per visit, when your rewards card says you get rewarded up to 12th cupcake. So someone coming in buying 1 cupcake at a time will get their 13th free. While my family who buys minimum 6 cupcakes at a time would end up buying 72 cupcakes before we got a reward. If that's how you reward your frequent customers who buy in bulk basically. We will take our business to another competitor who upholds their rewards program
Contacted company for birthday cake well in advance via email as instructed when I visited inside the shop. I had to follow up a week later because I never received a response. Finally spoke to owner about the cake order and was told she would send me an email about her idea for the cake. Needless to say neither an email or call received and the day I needed the cake has since passed. Very unprofessional.

Amazing. The cupcakes were very moist. Icing just perfect. The wedding cake cup cake simply delicious. This is going to be my favorite place to go when I get a sweet tooth.
