An outstanding location for Korean food, Seoul Restaurant on 1717 Decker Boulevard is phenomenal in quality and freshness. I visited recently and tried Seoul Restaurant's Cold Spicy Noodle Soup and Seafood Pancake which were a joy to consume. Everything is fresh and inviting. I really enjoyed myself in the small clean dining area. The Seoul Restaurant also serves as a Korean grocery featuring a variety of items. I highly recommend Seoul Restaurant as an excellent dining experience.
In my opinion, this restaurant is Columbia's best kept secret. If you want to step into South Korean culture, enjoy fantastic cuisine, and be greeted by some of the friendliest folks in the world... This is the place.Authentic. Delicious.

Took awhile for the main dish to be cooked, but the kimchi pancake with pork came in moderate time. They are going to bring up tips when paying, but the service was excellent.
Had the rib soup. I went a couple times. I had no issues before. I loved the soup. It’s authentic compared to most. However, I went again recently, and the lady was giving me attitude on the check out desk when I simply respond to her when she swiped my card and ask, “how much are u tipping”. I told her that “I do not want the tip charged in my card” (I was going to ensure that there’s a tip left of the table before I leave - in cash). She started to fuss at me. So I decided to take my card and just walk out2 stars, don’t want to have to deal with someone demanding and fussing about TIPs

Authentic Korean food - reminds me of my moms home cooked meals! Takes A LOT of work to make Korean food… so it’s always comforting to appreciate the work that goes behind it, and know you’re getting the best Korean food in town :) Love me some Spicy Kimchi Soup!
