Had the carne asada tacos and carne asada rancheros ! Woke up with extreme food poisoning first off food looked weird to be steak but I gave it a try.Never eat here.! Should've read the reviews first someone said they had food poisoning as well
My coworkers and I ordered supper from here. Our order was not correct and when I called to tell them that our order was incorrect, the guy on the phone said they don’t have bacon… which was supposed to be added to one of my coworkers order. Also, she asked for beef and cheese nachos instead of bean and cheese and the guy says the door dash would not let him… huh? That’s crazy, let people know this before sending there order out. We will not be ordering from here again..
This was our first visit back to an Jose since before the pandemic. It’s still fast, inexpensive Mexican food. Maybe a little salty but a good quick meal. Love the endless chips and delicious salsa.
The worst service I've experienced in years!!!We had family in town visiting from Michigan and Mom wanted Mexican. We walked in and were not greeted by staff. He asked "how many" and escorted us over to our seat and tossed the menus on the table and said that our waiter would be with us soon. Our waiter came, we asked him his name( because waiters normally introduce themselves) and he wouldn't give the name. He was very rude and rushed us to place our orders, even after we told him that we needed a minute. Food came out quick. My daughter didn't like the shrimp tacos, we asked him if we could switch it out for something else. He told us that we could, but that we would still have to pay for the other food. My daughter only took one bite of the taco. As we left, I asked the waiter for a few bags for our to go trays and he told me to ask someone else. We will definitely not be returning.
Excellent service and delicious food!!! My husband had the Steak Ranchero, which he said was yummy, and I had the combo enchilada and burrito with rice and beans. The prices here can’t be beat for such quality food. Their guacamole was so good and my husband said their salsa was the best he’s ever eaten. We got here a little after 5 and we have been well taken care of. We will definitely come again.
I have been to at least 4 of the restaurants and have always ordered the same meal and all of them have a slightly different set up. There all good but different. This is really easy going Tex-mex food nothing bad but nothing outstanding. Chips always been good salsa is pretty plain to work for alot of different tastes but that makes it a bit bland. I think there a good economical place for lunch or dinner for a family. Their dishes are always good size and good to eat. Service has always been hit or miss but nothing seriously bad. They have good drink specials. I would recommend this place any time

Food was good. However the table behind us was very loud with inappropriate conversation consisting of alot of foul language. I know the business had nothing to do w this however I can't help but think these type of people frequent the place.
The waiter was fantastic got our food pretty fast that food was hot but that's typical for a Mexican restaurant they normally just put the food on a plate and send it through the oven I rated a four-star because of I'm not a fan of Mexican food but other than that it would have a five-star good job
Absolute yes! Our waitstaff were wonderful and the food was terrific. Can't wait to eat there again. Loved the Margarita!
