This location offers door dash. I went there to pick up an order and the line was literally in the street. News flash people order thru food delivery services so they don’t have to wait in drive thru lines I could see if this was after dark but it’s not even noon. The whole dining area does not have to open to the public believe me I understand taking precautions but if you are gonna offer a service like door dash or Uber eats at least open the dining room for those people. I don’t wanna almost be in another head on collision waiting for food that doesn’t even belong to me if other restaurants can open for us there is no excuse as to why you can’t it’s a matter of you won’t if you are a dasher decline orders from rushes all together
It's not the best Hamburger and French fries around but pretty good fast food. I always have to get me some Rush's when passing through Columbia. The service in the drive-thru today was excellent we had 4 orders and not one was messed up.
Rush's service tonight was fantastic! Last Saturday at their drive-thru, they apparently got our order mixed up with another customer's, and, though we paid for our order, were accidentally given the other people's. When we called to tell them, we were already on the interstate and couldn't go back so they could replace the food then, which was offered. Flash forward:Today, Tuesday, we return to the drive thru to inquire whether they could or would still replace the food and they quite graciously agreed! The burgers were some of Rush's best: two cheeseburger baskets all the way, fresh and hot. Go Rush's, we love you !
Seriously one of the best fast food burgers or burgers in general I've ever had! Made it a point to stop on my way through from Denver to Charleston because I remembered how delicious they were the last time when I was pregnant and it did not disappoint! How can I get you guys to open one up in Colorado? I would definitely be interested in a franchise opportunity!
Today 3/22/22 I witnessed an older caucasian woman with short hair who was working the drive thru window have an unpleasant attitude towards the nice young gentleman who has special needs and is often at the drive thru. Lady, I really wanted to scream and yell and tell you how low class you behaved. This young man always does a wonderful job. He handed me my food and reread what I ordered and you scuffed and rolled your eyes. I’m really disgusted with you. I literally can’t stand low class people like yourself. How dare you? If this was my child that I send into the world everyday to do his best and I found that you behaved that way, someone would be picking you up off the floor. What if that was your loved one? Learn some compassion and empathy. I will be reaching out to corporate because you simply disgust me. Do better.
Rush's has a very good chili cheeseburger basket. I hesitate to say the best because I have not had all of them. I have been eating from Rush's since 1980 and haven't been disappointed yet. I have had hot dogs and chicken. Both are wonderful alas well. I like that it is locally owned and not a chain.
Disappointed but it was made right. Went to drive-thru on Broad River Rd and got two chili cheeseburger baskets. Got home about a mile away and found no chili. Drove back this time because this happened 2-3 weeks ago but we just ate them sans chili. Knocked at the side door and the guy who seemed to be managing then, had them remade for me. And they were fine. May be making Hwy 55 my burger joint.
Typical burger place so you pretty much know what you are getting. Have been a few times now and the food is just so-so. Nothing great but not terrible, which is kind of a bummer because it is fairly expensive. Staff was always friendly though so that’s a plus but the food isn’t anything to write home about.
? But I'm testing if I'm brave enough at drive thru without my Mom, we came at least 4 or 5 times a week for last four yrs, she loved her strawberry milkshakes and slaw dogs❣️THANK YOU ? West Cola, on Sunset Blvd, Always sweet and friendly smiling faces at drive thru !!! You just can't know how much it meant to both of us, especially on the rough days, we could count on our Happy Place! I Love each one of you that shared a smile and laugh with us, God Bless your every kindness!I couldn't deny her happinesss some days was two trips. Lol! Even in her advanced Dementia stages, SHE RECOGNISED ALL RUSH'S and had to have her milkshakes, I miss my M?M ???I try to imagine her big happy smiling face sitting next to me, our most frequent and favorite location was Sunset Blvd, West Cola, SC. She loved sporting all her hats but most recognized for her fancy blue hat and cutting up with the sweet employees, for the guys She'd lean over to be sure they heard her.. Hey Good Looking what ya got cooking?! ? Y'all were so sweet and fun for her too! ?
They were very fast. The food was very good too. I appreciate that they were open when most places were closed.
