Placed an order and was severely overcharged came back to the store they told me it would be couple days before I get my funds back. Called cooperate no help there haven't gotten a call back so now I have to dispute the transaction(s) with my bank when I only placed one order. AVOID USING YOUR DEBIT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP GETTING CHARGED OVER AND OVER. Rush's WILL NEVER GET A CENT OUT OF ME EVER
Ok when we arrived at the drive through it was real busy when I finally got to the drive through window because the dining room is always closed after 5:00pm I ordered 3 wings dinner first the cashier stated they did not have no wings then she stated oh we do have wings when I finally got my food it was like warm the wings looked old like they were sitting a while these places of business that serve the public they need to do much better if not close up the French fries were warm also I ordered a cheese burger that was also not hot very disappointed
This is one of me and the wife's favorite places to go grab a burger when we are in the Columbia area. Food is always delicious and the service is excellent. Definitely recommend if you are around.
I Always love Rushs. Especially the food with the coleslaw. We went to rush and had a wonderful chocolate milk shake. Yummy.
I love Rush's food and you can always count on a quality product. However, they are drive in only right now. You can't order ahead. The line was so long, although they did keep it going fairly well.
Food and customer service were terrible. Fries were raw mushy and tasted old Burger was completely inedible chicken sandwiches were slimy and also tasted old milkshake was watery and the only thing that was possible to be stomach. Drive-thru was extremely slow and backed up we're very unhelpful and abrupt while trying to order and for that price don't bother going just go to McDonald's better quality
First time having fried chicken, as I hear people rank theirs pretty high for this area. It took about 20 minutes to get home. By the time I ate it, it was...meh? I didn't get the hoopla. Maybe it was a one off. I'll try it once more, but I was underwhelmed with my first try. BBQ sandwich is my favorite!

I got lunch for my wife and daughter the drive threw is all that was open. The line was long but moved fast. Not sure how the food was as to I do not like it a burger is a burger so I did not eat from there
Dining room was closed and was WAY overpriced for a fast food burger and fries. Sweet tea was good and moved it from 2 stars to 3.
