My significant other and I stopped here before driving about 2 hours home from Columbia. Our server was Kelsey and she was awesome. She checked in on us frequently and made sure everything was alright. We shared a mozzarella sticks appetizer ($8.49) which had 8 mozzarella sticks and some marinara sauce. For someone who likes to double dip with sauce, I will say that the cup of sauce is not enough, so I would ask for extra if you’re a big sauce fan. For my entrée, I had the bacon cheeseburger with french fries ($10.99). The burger was cooked medium, like I asked for, and it was nice and juicy. I am a picky eater, so I asked that it basically come plain, just the bacon, cheese, and meat within the bun. The french fries were good, as well. Overall I had a pleasant dining experience, it has been a long time since I had been at a Ruby Tuesday’s!

Came in for lunch, there wasn't anyone at rhe door, but seems like out of nowhere someone said that she would be right with us. We decided to just sit at the bar. A lovely lady named Sarah took great care of us. After talking with her for quite sometime found out that she was the manager that day. She has excellent people skills and made our visit fantastic. We have come here previously, but felt somewhat like a burden. HOWEVER, today changed our opinion completely. I'm not one that would normally leave a review, but felt that she deserved some sort of recognition. The food was made right and the service was exceedingly exceptional. We will most definitely be returning to Sumter Hwy Ruby Tuesday! We have also, heard the other server treat his table quite well, but we failed to get his name as well. Whatever your doing to change that place is working, please keep it up!

This location has really went downhill over the last few years. It is seriously in need of a facelift. The food was just okay. The steak was mostly fat and not well prepared. Baked potato was obviously very old and had been heated up probably more than once. I did replace them with some tasty sweet potato fries. The ruby relaxers were watered down and not at all like I remember them. Our coconut shrimp appetizer was hot and fresh. The salad bar did not look appealing and was not as well stocked as in the past. Definitely not a very nice atmosphere inside the restaurant. Table was sticky and the blinds beside us at the window or filthy and broken. The carpet just did not look clean. Some of the clientele was questionable as well and while we were in the restaurant somebody came in and stole their to go order. The restaurant workers tried to run her down without success. The wait staff was friendly however I would still not recommend this location.

I had been in this place many times in the pass, today we stop there but it is very different than before, the salad bar was bad looks like it wasn’t service most of the containers were empty, we pay in cash and it took a long time to get our change back, the our waiter said that the manager didn’t want them to deal with cash. Well never again we will vivir your place or recommend to anybody to go there.

Was left at the door by a waitress who when she heard we were a group of 5 was heard arguing behind the bar about not wanting another 5 top. She had 1 - 5 top and 1 - 4 top that we could see. A bus boy was kind enough to seat us and get our drinks. He then even took our order and kept checking with “our” waitress.Never saw a waitress until she brought our bill and a lot of excuses promising to give him most of the tip - we sure hope she did.

I don't do many negative negative post, but this was one of the most horrible experiences that I have had in a Ruby Tuesdays! I must say that I cannot blame the waitress, but apparently there are some issues in their kitchen staff. She took my order and came back about about 5 minutes later to tell me to tell me that they do not have any ribs. Although on my way out I did notice that there was a table that did have ribs. How can you not have ribs when that is one of your main courses on your menu. Then we were told that someone would be coming to refresh the salad bar well that person didn't come till about 10 minutes before we left. I also noticed that a woman got up and asked where their food was and she was there before me, a gentleman came in and and wanted to know where his order was. It took so long for them to make chicken fingers and fries for a kid's meal. So you know I was ready to go. Needless to say I will not be back to this Ruby Tuesday's on Garners Ferry. Did I also mention that I came from the other side of town just to have ribs!!!!!

It was a pretty good experience with some coworkers. The wait was a tab bit long but im guessing that was due to Covid and them being short staff. This was my second time ordering the chicken tenders and they were not good. Hard for the most part and they did not look appetizing. This place is a tab bit on the high side as it relates to cost but, that could just be me.

It was late they were going to close within an hour and 15 mins. I understand this yet there was no service when you first walk in, without a sign that says "Seat Yourself" we looked like folks looking for someone to help until my girlfriend just was like "Do we say ourselves anywhere?" The bartender/manager or asst manager ended up being our waitress. She was very pleasant & attentive asking us if we needed anything several times. Overall they actually get 4.5 stars versus the 4 stars I have them. Great night, great food & fun!

Awful place, don't waste your time. 3 times I have gone to this place and the service or lack there of has been horrible. The last time we waited a few min to be seated and then seated on the bar area and sat there, no one took our drink orders or even acknowledged us. We got up and left. The service and restaurant has gone down hill and what made this visit even worse was one of the managers was there.

Went here for lunch with a friend. It was not busy in the restaurant at all. We sat ourselves at the bar, the only ones there, and waited about 5 minutes before we asked if the bar was closed because the woman who we thought was (and in fact was) the bartender walked by us multiple times and never even greeted us. She assured us the bar was open and would be right with us. When we finally ordered a cocktail they didn't have the first 2 items I asked for. I settled for the house cabernet. We then decided on getting the salad bar and sliders... NO sliders. So we both just got the Never Ending Salad bar. Well, it did end. It ended in one trip because there was very little left on the buffet. When we inquired, they brought out another bowl of lettuce. NO cheese, bowl was empty, sad remains of cucumbers & spring mix, there was 1 lone piece of macaroni left in the macaroni salad bowl. Potato salad was bland and soggy. I normally don't complain but we were charged $23.98 for the pathetic remains we could scrape together for our 2 salads. I have always loved the Ruby Tuesday salad bar but i will never go back after this experience. Not to mention that the service was absolutely horrible also. At least if someone had smiled and been friendly while speaking to us I would have given them 2 stars.
